We arrived quite late in the evening but were warmly greeted and all staff were very friendly and helpful. We camped our van in the field which looked out over a lovely hill with grazing sheep - a lovely view to wake up to. You pay 20p for showers but the water is hot - and temperature adjustable - and...

Beautiful well equipped site with excellent clean facilities. Stunning views, just a short walk from Hawes with level pitches and footpaths straight from the campsite. The highlight was the friendly welcome and kind help from the lovely owners. Thank you!

Came back here after a gap of nearly 40 years and loved it even more. Very friendly and helpful owners. Tents/units are placed around the edge of an enormous field, which means that you are a bit close to your neighbours if the place is full, but gives you a great sense of space. Beautiful surroundings and so peaceful, just...

Excellent site with wonderful views of the surrounding Dales. Situated a short walk into the local town of Hawes, with plenty of choices for all manner of food and drink. The local chippie also do great fish & chips! Wensley Dale creamery is another great spot to visit & tour!

This is the first time we stayed at this campsite. It is just great. It has everything that you need for camping, great grassed and well kept fields. Gas, milk, eggs for sale. The toilet blocks are as good as some NT campsites I've stayed at, and the price is spot on for camping in a beautiful and amazing landscape....

This is a delightful site, just on the edge of Hawes - a 12-15 minute easy walk to the centre and the pubs etc. Lovely views of the fields and fells around, plenty of space and therefore little noise despite the number of people staying, good facilities which are spotlessly clean, and the whole site has the air of a...

Ok so there is no bar on site but beautiful Hawes is only 10 mins walk saving on taxi fares. We were greeted by a very friendly landlady in reception and our spot was easy to find which consisted of an immaculate pitch recently mowed and a deep lush green. Surrounding us were spectacular views of the Yorkshire dales under...
