Lovely location but a poor hotel. This was a typical sea side hotel. Heating only came on at certain times!! Our room was very cold when we arrived and even with the heating coming on, did not warm up. Dinner was ok but once again we were cold. There was an open fire which kept us warm initially but this...

Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting for a funeral. Very comfortable room and lovely food. Staff and proprietors very friendly. The hotel also caters for regular villagers and as a nice ambience in an evening.

Having spent a lot of time in Beadnell over the past few years, this was our first stay at the Beadnell Towers when attending a wedding. We've eaten in the hotel on a number of occasions & found the décor quirky & food excellent. Our room was at the very top of the hotel, up some quite steep stairs that...

Come on!! I have been coming to Beadnell for years and the Sunday Lunch menu used to be the highlight of the week! Another slice of beef would be good also the dessert menu needs some TLC! Crumble not as it should be!! Not bad and reasonably priced but excellent when a little more care!

I booked the Beadnell Towers for a reunion with a group of friends and we had a great time. A very warm welcome, comfortable and spaceous rooms and the staff were very friendly. Excellent food even though the restaurant was busy and attentive service. This is a great base to explore rural Northumberland with its scenic coast, castles and countryside....

We stayed three nights and paid £94 b&b which we thought was a little excessive. There was no explanation from staff throughout the whole visit why there was no heating in our room on the second floor. There was a small heater in the bedroom which, although we kept it on the whole time, was only just adequate to heat the...

This small hotel doubles as a busy local pub and was buzzing on Tuesday night when we stayed there. The bedroom contained traditional furniture and looked a little old fashioned but this was deceptive as the furniture was good quality, the room was very clean, warm and the bed was comfortable and there was a large modern TV. There was...

After reading other reviews I was expecting a lot more from this hotel! Warm welcome at reception where we were told they had boiler trouble and the heating wasn't working but an electric heater had been put in our room. It was a small shabby room on the top floor. The heater worked for the bedroom but the bathroom was...
