We chose this hotel for its reasonable price and central position. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment but there was no disturbance and we had a newly refurbished room. It was a reasonable size and very clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner and staff were very pleasant and Phil, the Manager could not do enough for us.

Rooms basic but clean.Good service all round.The breakfast is as good as any I have had.Only a short walk to centre of town where there are real ale pubs and fish and chip shops all at reasonable prices and of good standards.

Stayed with family in 7 rooms. All refurbished and very comfortable. Service was excellent. Great location just a few minutes walking distance from town centre. Free parking at rear of building. Couldn't fault anything. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable Phil. Would definately recommend.

Newly refurbished hotel, everything is spotless clean, I stayed in a family room with my boyfriend and it smelt of fresh bed sheets as I walked in, just looks brand new! High standard and good quality furniture. The large bathroom is lovely and clean and modern and the whole place is spotless, couldn't have asked for a better stay! Fridge,...

A rather nice little place albeit with 'Work in progress'. The building was seemingly created from a few cottages with a new wing added which appeared to give access to the enclosed/walled car-park that was accessible via an archway entrance that could accommodate Transit type vans. There was more than ample CCTV coverage of the whole site - both inside...

We had an overnight stay, Room were really clean, beds very comfortable, the Host was really helpful and informative of the amenities, and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely clean rooms breakfast brilliant lovely host close to all amenities couldn't even pick fault with any thing nothing to dislike as I'm very fussy couldn't even find any faults buffet breakfast was loveley

This is a nice b&b and in the morning full English all you can eat what more could you ask for. Rooms are nice and comfortable and has free parking. We stay here a lot for work and have been here for the last 4 weeks. The only way it could be better for me is if the did meals...
