Barry and Pam were wonderful hosts and have a very clean, comfortable B&B which could be mistaken for a 5 star hotel in terms of all the little extras. Never seen squash sachets anywhere before! Fantastic breakfast always served with a smile and friendly chat. Perfect boiled eggs, yummy homemade granola and bowls of fresh berries everyday. Followed by the...

We stayed for a local wedding and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, cosy, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and Pam and Barry made us feel very welcome. Officially the best B&B we have stayed in, and we will definitely rebook when we visit Northumberland again.

We stayed 2 nights at Lynne Brook house and were made extremely welcome by Pam and Barry. The room (Harbottle) was spacious, beautifully clean, modern and very well equipped, and with a great shower room. Our breakfast was very good with lots of choice including homemade granola and fresh fruits.

This was one of the best B&B stays ever! Pam and Barry were the most accommodating hosts and they had by far the best breakfast experience. Sean cooked hot to order breakfast meals and Pam’s homemade chocolate granola has become a new addiction of mine. Nice quiet surroundings, a bit out of the way, but once you have a car...

Really lovely B&B not far from Morpeth on the outskirts of a little village called Ulgham. It was a very peaceful location, and we received a very warm welcome indeed. The room was very spacious, with the most comfortable bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an immaculate en-suite. There was lots of attention to detail....lovely crisp white bedlinen, coffee &...

Myself, wife and dog spent two delightful nights in this splendidly appointed B&B in June 2015. From the superbly appointed and roomy bedroom with it's fabulous king sized bed and generous en suite, to the warm and generous greeting from our hosts, Pam and Barry, who made us feel like visiting relatives rather than paying guests. Lyne- Brook house is...

We were made to feel very welcome by Barry and Pam and we felt at home straight away. Our room was top draw, with a huge and comfortable bed, loads of space and a very clean and modern bathroom. Our hosts welcomed us with coffee (freshly ground beans) and cake. The breakfast was equally as excellent with great choice including...

It is a real pleasure to be the 53rd outstanding review. The room (Harbottle) was a joy with excellent beds and delightful shower room. We have a young collie and this was simply the most dog friendly place we have ever stayed! We look forward to going back when the new Viszla puppy has arrived. Excellent breakfast and lovely warm...

From the moment we arrived the experience was that of a 5 star hotel. No I'm wrong - it was better! The attentiveness of the hosts was second to none, a welcome drink and home made cake - WOW! The accommodation was impeccable and the breakfast 5*! The hosts were so friendly and genuinely interested and concerned for our welfare....
