We arrived to a lovely cup of tea & coffee & a slice of cake. Our room was lovely, comfy, spacious & had a fantastic couch to sit on. There were bath robes in the room. The shower was big & really powerful. Breakfast was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for Julie. She offered us an umbrella one night...

We have just been spoilt by our host, Julie over the past four nights. Nothing was to much trouble. The room was spotless as was the rest of the rooms. Lovely big comfy bed and I am 6' 7'' The breakfast choice was fantastic, we filled up for the day and only needed a sandwich for tea. Great location, five...

We spent a delightful half-week with Julie at the Bakehouse. It's a quirky B&B - two houses knocked together, I fancy, with rooms on both sides. Julie is a charming and cheerful hostess and always happy to recommend her favourite attractions and restaurants. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was top-notch, and little touches like good-quality biscuits, bathrobes and...

My grandson and I had a lovely stay at this Band B during the May half term. Our room was very comfy and the welcome tray very pleasing. I loved the decor with its coastal feel..driftwood and wonderful pieces of Art. It is situated near the harbour so handy for the Farne Islands...not that we got there due to the...

Having stopped here for a night either side of our holiday in Scotland last year we did not hesitate to book again when we planned a longer stay in Seahouses this year. As a keen photographer the location is perfect for early mornings down at the harbour and also very central for the restaurants in the evenings. We were in...

Lovely property only just out of the centre of Seahouses. Owners are very friendly and helpful, even offering discounts at various tourist places and recommending places to visit and tours. Our room was lovely and the owners had thought of everything including a box of tissues and hot chocolate and lovely biscuits on the hospitality tray. It was very clean....

Great quiet and comfortable b&b close to the harbour. Julie and Pete wonderful hosts. Had a fairly major issue on arrival which Julie dealt with professionally and helpfully for which can't thank her enough. Breakfast can only be described as awesome, packed lunch supplied is barely necessary although tasty. Would not hesitate to book again.

This is a real find, luckily my parents had bought me a weekend here for Christmas, and it truly is a wonderful base to explore the vicinity. The hosts Julie and Peter are really friendly and had loads of hints to help you get the best out of the time there, for instance he recommended some bread at the italian...
