Our Bird Club have just returned from a four night stay at the Links. One couple stayed in the Hotel main building and the rest of us took over The Annex, which is in the adjacent building over the Coffee Shop. At first the metal staircase to The Annex was a little off putting, but the rooms were really good....

Stayed in a twin room in an annexe away from the main hotel. The room looked like it had just been refurbished. Fresh paint, new carpet and a new bathroom. My room was the Newton which was quite small but was well equipped, good TV, hairdryer, kettle etc. Room overlooked the main road inSeahouse but no noise disturbance, I slept...

Called in for food and drink Saturday night, lovely modern bar spoilt by a large group of golfers staying there, swearing, singing at the top of their voices with no control from any management! Obviously we didn't eat there and won't be calling in any more. What a let down!

I was staying for three nights on the three for two offer making it a very affordable stay for a single traveller. I highly recommend staying here. # Rooms (Noise, Comfortness) The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. # Breakfast The very delicious breakfast was included and offered in a cosy restaurant. lOOKS A BIT OFF=PUTTING WHEN YOU ARRIVE but don't be put off. Nice place, good food, friendly staff. Freshly re-furbished & painted (the rooms, not the staff! they don't need it) The single beds were a bit small. Great for our Farne iSLANDS TRIP. Had a great one night stay here. Clean and comfortable room that was overlooking main road but was still very quiet. The breakfast was very filling and the lady working in the breakfast room was so friendly and efficient.

I booked this hotel as I was attending a wedding nearby with my partner and son (4 years old). We booked this hotel as I was advised at the time of booking that my room would be suitable for the 3 of us. When we arrived we were given a bit of a frosty reception as they were not aware...

We arrived foot sore & weary after walking part of the Northumberland Coastal Path and were offered no warm welcome, but had to queue at the bar with our heavy back packs for attention. Eventually we were shown our "room" which was cramped and offered the narrowest tiny single beds (we think they were child beds) ~ with en-suite facilities...

Despite asking for a quiet room, earplugs were provided as evidence of knowledge of noise in the rooms; annex rooms have air conditioning fans blasting behind the walls all day and into the night. Rooms were being let with fresh toxic paint smells strongly present. Despite this being a clear indication of an unfit room for staying in, unfriendly staff...

Although this hotel doesn't look particularly promising from the outside, it is clean and warm with simple and tastefully decorated rooms. The reception is not fully staffed, but we were quickly attended to by a friendly staff member who showed us to our room and made sure we were satisfied with it. We were in room one, which is not...
