We stayed for two nights. I have to say that the staff were excellent and breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Car parking was around the back of the building and was full of potholes which were hard to avoid. We had a double room. There was dust all around the edges of the bed. No idea when it...

you need a key to get in to this warm old building. It's nothing special the rooms are old but clean, the Staff very friendly and welcoming Breakfast of excellent quality. So for a warm bed and Breakfast in Winter before you go to work - Just what you need.

We had to stay in this hotel with a team of 11 people for a project in Mansfield. I had a big spider in my bathroom, the heater of the shower was damaged by the water and it didn't look very safe. I survived though. The bed was small and not comfortable. My colleague didn't have power at his room...

This was booked by my PA through Booking.com and they were informed I would be late in. On the way I rang at 10:20pm to check all was well, and could only get an answer-phone. Maybe the staff were busy I thought. On arrival at 10:50 I rang the bell - and rang - and rang - and tried the...

breakfast was excellent, the hotel is not really a hotel but a B&B we booked for the ease of transport to get to another event, the rooms were dated and tired, it felt like someone had converted their home into rooms as a hotel squeaky floors and dark corridors to other area in the loft rooms

I stayed at the Clifton Hotel as part of a group on a weekend fencing competition as a large group staying in 2 family rooms. We were greeted at the door with a smile and the service improved from there. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds, each with a set of towels and an individual soap. The...
