This inn is very nicely situated on a village green so very quiet. We only stayed one night but found both the accommodation and the restaurant very good. though they were very busy the service was good and friendly.

We had a weekend away with the inlaws and loved our time here. It deserves the national praise its reserved in the press. A lovely small bar still popular with locals. Stunning savoury courses in the restaurant (not a fan of the deserts so much)....More

Great relaxed atmosphere, great food and service, our only gripe was the location of the room with windows that looked straight onto the patio/drinks area (lacked any privacy) The location is very relaxed and in abeutiful part of the country.
