We stayed here on Thursday & Friday as we were attending the Cheltenham festival. Corncroft is immaculate, not just in the rooms, but in all the public areas as well. Lovely large shower, and a snug, but comfortable room. We were in one of the front rooms and didn't experience any issues with noise at all Breakfast was superb, just...

As we had booked to go to the Wychwood Brewery, and this accommodation is the nearest, we booked in for 1 night, and could have happily stayed for longer. While the room, we had number 7 upstairs, was not very larger, there was everything you might want, comfortable bed, TV, clean towels, shower gel and shampoo, the tea and coffee...

Richard, the owner, made me feel welcome the moment I stepped through the door. Louie (the dog) also contributed to the welcome! The room was comfortable and well laid out, with plenty of bits and bobs to cater for basic needs and the bathroom was roomy with a good sized shower. Breakfast was very good with a choice of cereals,...

A lovely place to stay and very comfortable. The rooms are very nice and have all the amenities you need, breakfast was relaxed and not rushed and you could go down up to 10am which was lovely. Nothing was to much trouble at breakfast. A great location for visiting Oxford with lovely hosts.

A last minute booking through Booking.com, primarily booked based on its 9.4 out of 10 rating. Reviews were good too on tripadvisor, so made the decision easy. As lots have said, Richard was a very welcoming host, and the room was clean and tidy. The double bed was two singles tied together which made it a little uncomfortable, but a...

The Corncroft guesthouse is very well situated at the heart of Witney in Oxfordshire (England). Being on the doorstep to the Wychwood brewery attracted us to the guest room and our other family members had highly appraised this guesthouse. The guesthouse whilst large on the outside has a very homely feel to it unlike the clinical feel you sometimes get...

10/10 from beginning to end. Cannot praise Richard, the landlord, highly enough. Very welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. Excellent breakfast which i defy anyone to finish! Cozy rooms with quality bedding, period furniture and all beautifully clean. Toiletries in bathroom and biscuits and little chocolates on the hospitality tray are a nice touch. The resident dog 'Louis' is adorable...

Stayed at this lovely guest house on the night of the 13th January. We were greeted by the very friendly landlord who was exceptionally helpful. The room was lovely and despite it being on the ground floor it was very very quiet. Our daughter had a normal sized bed which was great as she normally ends up on a camp...

Stayed here with my wife in December for 3 evenings. Ideally situated on outskirts of town but didn't suffer from noise at all. Room and bed comfortable and host/staff very nice. Largest English breakfast I have ever had. Many of the rooms are upstairs so worth enquiring if this could be an issue to ensure you get a ground floor...

We only stayed for one night, but would be more than happy to stay here for longer and will certainly be back when we are next in the area. We had a lovely four poster bed, plenty of space and everything was perfectly clean an presentable. Very good breakfast buffet, with eggs cooked to order and all in a very...
