Myself and my family stayed over Christmas booked with a Groupon deal with Christmas dinner and breakfast for 2 nights. The 2 rooms were cosy with an extra heater provided. Shower worked well although a little noisy but it didnt effect our stay. The beds were really comfy. All the staff worked really hard to make it nice for every...

Fantastic staff; excellent food and well priced; good menu. Wide choice of alcoholic beers and wines. Accommodation a little basic and needs a little TLC in places, but clean and well serviced. Ideal country surrounding in a very quiet select area.

Just spent a fabulous couple of days at the Crown, can not fault the staff or the food which was all excellent. We stayed from Friday night to Sunday morning with our 4-year-old and both the dogs. The room was clean and well presented with plenty of space for all.

Stayed here recently with friends at this 16th century coaching inn.On our arrival the young managers were coping brilliantly with a very busy function as well as rising levels of flood water in the cellar and part of the restaurant. Our room was in the oldest part of the building with the sloping floors that you expect in these wonderful...

Just stayed on a 2 night voucher deal with my partner. What a great experience - the staff are amazing, the food excellent and the hotel quirky (which is just what you'd expect for a building 100's of years old). Don't expect "Premier uniformity", but that's it's charm. For visiting Ludlow, the location is excellent as the No 2L bus...

Just spent two nights at this quaint country inn on a voucher deal and what great value it was. Despite the weather being horrendous and the inn having to cope with flooding in some areas of the establishment the staff were excellent, both friendly and efficient despite being overstretched because of the difficulties they were encountering. We ate there on...

What more can I add to previous comments.A wonderful old building in delightful settings. The staff are all something to be proud of.Simon and George come to mind. The weather was terrible for our break, (it did not stop raining), this caused problems in the hotel, as it is in the bottom of a small valley. This did not faze the staff, they...
