Great hotel, lovely rooms, beautiful breakfast. Location is good for Bridgnorth, The Severn Valley Railway, David Austin Roses, R A F Cosford and the museum there. Even though they were looking after a wedding party the day we left we were well looked after. This is friendly, comfortable and good value

Room was booked via Booking.com and hotel was full so supect we were at bottom of the pecking order for room allocation - seeing pictures definitely better rooms. Tired decor - bathroom very dated - shaving light not working, no shower pressure and shower head clogged - effectively shower not usable. No complimentary water just a little milk for coffee...

I would 100% recommend this lovely place to anyone. The room we had had amazing views of the countryside and the biggest jacuzzi bath you ever saw! It was beautifully furnished and pristine, and had everything you could want, even for just one night stay. Our son got married here. The staff were wonderful. Every little detail was catered for....

If you like a warm room, this is the place! Was a bit too hot! Very accommodating if you have a food intolerance nothing was too much trouble. Found the place very quaint. Staff service varied from absolutely superb (lady in evening)to the average (breakfast) Dogs welcome apparently. Would come again. Nice gardens.Lovely scenery.

I enjoyed a 1 night stay here. The staff are very friendly, the rooms very comfortable and clean. I can't comment on the food as I arrived late and the restaurant had closed. My only issues were there weren't any snacks (crisps, nuts) behind the bar to bye. The drinks are a little expensive and because I had an early...

Just an overnight stay after RAF Cosford, quiet rural location.Room warm but that was the weather, fan supplied by hotel though. Largest TV in the room of any place we have stayed. Pot of tea on the garden terrace in the morning. That's all, nice place.

Dear SJS_FOSS I am sorry that I could not arrange an early check in but the all the 14 rooms the night before were occupied by other guests. Check out time for residents is 11:00 and not all guests check out at that time, once they did check out we have to service the rooms ready for your arrival. I...

We attended a family wedding at this establishment and stayed in the Leighton Suite. On arrival we were aware we would encounter a late check-in due to our room being used by the bridal party who were using the room to prepare for the ceremony. We visited Reception to determine at what time we could use the room and our...

I really agree with you on our wedding director she is amazing. This is the second review we have had about service and we have addressed the route cause, you are not the only person to mention it to me. I apologise for the Z bed, the rooms were allocated by the bride and groom and not by ourselves, the...

We actually stayed here about 2 years ago but wife and I agree it's the place we'd love to go back to, we've been to many places around the world but this was special. Rooms just so cute and relaxed, food most have been Dunlop standard, service great. Just a place to escape to and an area of England (nearly...
