After booking a weeks holiday in Cornwall we decided to break the journey on the way down from Staffordshire as our 5 year old isn't the best traveller. We left it a bit late to book so we're relieved when we found two rooms at The Admirals Table. We booked a double and a twin. On arrival we found the... More

Hi fayjb, I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your stop over with us. We get a lot of guests who like to break up their journey and I would advise booking as early as possible as we only have 14 rooms. Kind regards Mel More

If you are looking for somewhere to eat i would highly recommend this place, we went in on a Wednesday lunch time on the recommend of a family member. The staff were friendly the surroundings was fab inside and out, the decoration being done in a nautical style, also you can sit outside with views over the marina. The food... More

Booked last minute. Was impressed. Unfortunately as i was taken ill (no fault of hotel) i couldnt partake in breaky. Hubby said it was fine. However he came out of the shower exclaiming it was possibly the best power shower he'd ever had! And believe me with business he has travelled far & wide! Well done admirals table! One small... This Marstons formula corporate stopover gives good value for your expenses. Easy to find, handy for the commercial locations of the region, on the way through Somerset from Bristol to Devon or visiting the local commercial/ industrial centres. Right on the A38, you will certainly need your earplugs if you are a light sleeper but the place is so busy... More

Family stayed here for 1 night last week and, for the money, were expecting something a little downbeat given our previous night at the Radisson Blu. Very happily surprised and would have rather stayed here the two nights. Good room, food and breakfast with a veery pleasing price. Would stay again.

Nothing special, but great for a stopover en route to somewhere in the South West. Food classic pub grub, but with a very wide ranging menu and specials board. The staff were really good - friendly, helpful and seemingly happy to be there. Scampi on a burger I'm still trying to get my head around but apparently it worked!

I am a regular visitor and I always have the same every time I go, Chicken Tikka curry. It's lush. The chicken is always soft and tender and the actual flavour of the sauce is lovely. Plus it comes with a naan and poppadom with mango chutney and rice- perfect! ;-) The desserts are well varied. I usually have a... More

Was attending a family wedding and spent 2 nights here. Clean and comfy rooms and a lovely cooked breakfast. Staff were friendly and the manager seemed to be permanently on duty. If I had anything negative to say it would be that the decor could do with a freshen up but it's a very minor point. Would definately recommend this... More
