Stayed two nights at the Full Moon. First room we were in was really good! Bathroom needed a bit of a up lift as it seemed it hadn't had a makeover in years. We had to change room because of a leak through the ceiling downlight, annoying but what can be done. Moved to the next room which was okay...

The 2 rooms in the lodge were bright and a good size double bed with en suite. The hosts were very welcoming, the bar food was good and the full english breakfast was cooked to order with plenty of choice were delicious

Stayed here for a travel zoo weekend break, food was plentiful with a large cooked to order breakfast each morning. The property is currently in receivership, but the current temporary staff are very welcoming, as are the locals who happily chat to the visitors in the evenings. The accommodation is in need of a little TLC, but with things as...

Stayed here for a weekend break, great place and food was excellent with a lovely hot cooked to order breakfast each morning. Thing that let it down was the state of accommodation, very dirty doesn't look like it was even cleaned before we stayed, the family bathroom was awful and thick dust everywhere not great for my asthmatic child!

This was an unexpected overnight stay and so we were pleased to have found it. We were glad only one night was needed though! The bed was comfortable and Wifi was available in our room. There seemed to be no hot water to have a shower in the morning. Breakfast was adequate enough. Good parking available.

This was our first visit to The Full Moon when we called in for a family lunch. Nice location in the middle of pretty countryside with plenty of parking. Cosy atmosphere inside and friendly, welcoming staff. Good choice on menu and food arrived in good time and was very tasty. Can definitely recommend and will return soon.

Tucked away, this fantastic pub has a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful vibe. The food is well proportioned and tasty and there is plenty of seating indoors as well as a massive garden area. Plenty of parking and friendly staff... great stuff!

We happened upon the Half Mon after a crazy fun filled family day out. We were starving & ready to eat. We were told there would be a wait but our drinks order was quickly taken as was our food order. The food came faster than anticipated & was 100% worth the wait, the ham, egg & chips was awesome...

Very friendly country B&B in scenic surroundings - staff could not have been more helpful, although were a little late in opening up on our first day. Easy to find from main road (A36) heading to Bath and well situated for lots of attractions. Charming snug bar & restaurant area characteristic of an inn of this period. Food was excellent...

Had an overnight stay here on our way to Longleat which is very close to The Full Moon establishment. Our accommodation was not in the main coaching house but instead across the car park. The staff were friendly on arrival and showed us to our rooms. It was the bathroom that really let the place down, a wet room shower...
