Booked a late availability offer and was able to request the beautiful Master State Room and Early Check in from 1130hrs. We were not disappointed. We arrived with our dog and had a light lunch in the Lounge. This is a really special place as the hotel isn't just dog friendly, they really do love dogs and our boy was...

Four customer service “touches” and offerings made this hotel stand out for me: 1. Each room is completely bespoke: unique furnishings, colour scheme, bed style, etc – all beautifully completed to an individualised room interior design. It is the antithesis of the chain hotels with their “identikit” rooms. 2. Huge, sumptuous, communal rooms eg drawing room, salon, painting room, library,...

We stayed at Ston Easton Hotel for one night for our anniversary weekend away. The hotel is very grand looking and beautifully presented. We were warmly greeted and were able to get our room slightly earlier than expected due to our early arrival. We stayed in 'Kent' which was a beautiful room with an amazing bathroom. The food in the...

Used a Groupon voucher for a night's bed and breakfast and this made it good value. Nice walks in the grounds and around the extensive kitchen garden. Only small problem was that the WiFi had been down and wouldn't be restored until after we left.

Brilliant decor in this Hotel. Rooms are spacious and extremely well furnished. The bed is the best I have ever slept in. Meals were well presented and just the right amount so that you weren't bloated at the end. Not many staff around as it was the weekend but those that were there were courteous and helpful. It was summertime...

Just returned from a relaxing weekend at Ston Eaton Park. The house, grounds and bedrooms are stunning and if you want a peaceful relaxing place to go it is hard to beat. The food was of a high quality and beautifully presented although not really to our taste. Although the service is excellent if you like a pre and post...

Fantastic hotel, great location, we arrived and went to Chinese room. Was up a fair few flights of steps so no good with a baby or small child. Room was lovely, bathroom could do with a refurb. We had a package and upgraded to the full afternoon tea (£20ph). This was excellent but the cups were cheap and for the...

We chose this hotel to have lunch at as it was more or less halfway between us and our friends but we were so impressed by the food that we will certainly go again - possibly even to stay for one of their events that include dinner throughout the year. As we were primarily meeting in order to catch up...

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this wonderful hotel. Food was excellent and the room very comfortable indeed. The staff were wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. It really felt like you were a house guest of the family at a country house rather than a paying guest.

Ston Easton is set amongst some very attractive grounds. The hotel is a little shabby chic but it still retains much of its charm. Our room was very pleasant with a view of the Somerset countryside. Both breakfast and dinner were of a high quality with very good service. The staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. This...
