Santas sleepover is a great occasion that we do every year. However the food on the meal is the equivalent of a £5 carvery. Please give us the option to purchase something better...... everything else top notch.

We did Santa sleepover last year and enjoyed it. We booked early this year and got even better times for the pre booked activities (meet Santa, panto, evening meal). Really great weekend and the staff went out of their way to ensure everyone had a good time.

This was amazing! The CBeebies land was brilliant for my little one, he loved the octonauts rollercoaster, but a Must for any child or adult is the pie-o-matic this on its own made our little ones day and he didn't want to leave here. The Santa was brilliant the smells coming off the lodge smelt like Christmas should, our elf Tiny...

Felt like value for money on our Santa Sleepover. Quite a few rides & attractions open in the park. Didn't really have to queue for any of them. Meet Santa was good & the staff (Elves) were very welcoming. Pantomime was good in the afternoon & the evening meal/carvery was pretty decent & warm. Breakfast was good in the morning...

I would not hesitate to recommend the santa sleepover for children up to age 7/8. It is so well run and organised. You have time slots for every activity so there is no queuing and the theme park is practically empty so it is like having rides to yourself. The panto was really good fun and the dinner was really...

We went last year and it was amazing. Couldn't fault it. This year seemed a little rushed. Less rides open. Less eating faculties within the park were open. Last year they were handing little bell key rings for the kids at the park entrance. This year nothing and the evening meal food at splash landings was appalling. Real bad quality...

I have been to Alton Towers hotel many times and never disappointed. Its honestly a great experience and you can get some really good deals! Especially the fact you get a second day in the park free and you get entry an hour early before the park opens! Rooms are amazing and facilities are very clean! The buffet style meal...

Cant say how much we enjoyed our stay, took our two children for 1 night stay to meet Santa and visit the water park. The hotel was decorated to perfection as soon as the children walked in they were enthralled . Checking in was quick and a nice pleasant experience with once again helpful and courteous staff. The decor and...
