Convenient for a quick stop on the M6, but tired and worn. Overdue for refurbishment. I had no hot water in the morning. Reception is open overnight but checkout is just a key drop - which is fine but removes the obvious opportunity to comment or complain!

Wow from check in to depart so lovley and freindly staff go out there way to make you feel welcome. Rooms smell fresh and clean.and have everything you need clean bedding fresh towels My third visit and will not be my last. The service is outstanding .

Cleanliness could be improved. Rust and mould in the toilet. Room a bit outdated but it was not expensive so I guess it was only fair. However, no handsoap left in the bathroom when we arrived and strong earthy smell from inside and outside of hotel. In fairness to them, the hotel staff was polite and I could not be bothered to ask for a room change or handsoap change because it was really late at night when we checked in and we were in a rush to check out in the morning so they did not have the chance to rectify the problem.

Great location on the M6 South. Welcoming lady on reception. Spacious clean room. Good tv. Good kettle. Great shower. Very quiet room with blackout curtains. Great night’s sleep. Will definitely return next time in the area.

Overall very clean hotel a little tired in our bathroom needs updating. We were greeted on arrival and treated with respect and the lady was very efficient. Very quiet room at the end of the corridor.

We stayed for two night at Days Inn with my wife, myself and my two children and one dog. We chose a family room with a double bed and two single beds. Good size room, clean and comfortable beds, clean room and really friendly hotel team. Would highly recommend, if we have to visit family again, we would choose this hotel.

Great location, good price. Comfortable beds. Friendly receptionist. Guests rooms need to be cleaned to a better standard. As I housekeeper myself I was quite surprised how poorly cleaned both rooms were. I travel with lots of cleaning products so went around the rooms and bathrooms myself.

I would never ever stay here again. Beds and pillows are horrible. Noisy kids running around and no staff on check out 22.30 at night. We wanted somewhere to stay before going on the rest of are journey the next day and couldn't get a premier inn

Thank you for your feedback. We will investigate the issues reported as there are some concerns. The first being that we had new Silent Night beds, sofa-beds, and mattresses throughout the hotel a few months ago so for them to be described as horrible is a concern. We are staffed throughout the night. If our team are away from the front desk while they complete other jobs, there is a pager and duty team contact number available to alert the team that our guests need us.

Staff were never an issue. The dirty rooms, poorly maintained property/bathroom and the noise. Upgrading is required before these prices are acceptable. The nightly rate is for the location understandable, but the property standards did not meet the price payed.
