Spend the night here after attending a function at Moddershall Spa. The welcome was friendly, the double room clean and roomy. Generous en-suite with good shower. Slept well in a generous king size bed. Continental breakfast in the dining room ample. The only negative would suggest more outside lighting from car park to front door.

Lovely countryside setting for a bed and breakfast but a little dated. The bed was far from comfortable as it was two singles pushed together to make a double. The curtains didn't quite meet in the middle so we had a gap being on the ground floor wasn't ideal. Expensive for what it was personally I don't think worth £70.

We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We try very hard to make sure our beds are really comfortable and have found that having 2 separate beds together has been the most popular. We have fantastic toppers which make the beds extremely relaxing often mentioned by previous visitors. The curtain do meet in the middle... More

This was the one place our family was looking forward to on our trip around England. However, was a little disappointed on the breakfast in the morning. It just contained cereal and toast. We were offered the option of spending an extra 8 pounds for a warm breakfast. This was the only bed & breakfast we stayed at that didn't... More

We are glad you found the beds comfortable, we have wet shower rooms which most of our visitors really enjoy as it means you are not confined in a little square box, yes the floor does get wet but it is supposed to. The price of the room included as much coffee and tea, toast with home made marmalade, fresh... More

We had a fabulous stay and the owners Jennifer and Phil were exceptionally helpful towards both ourselves and our horses in our hour of need! We really cannot thank them enough for their help and assistance. Everything about this Bed and Breakfast is exceptional - the rooms are immaculately presented and the breakfast is excellent. A great place to stay. We'd booked a double for us and a twin for our son and grandma. The rooms were beautiful and the on-suites lovely and clean and well supplied with really splendid showers. We'd definitely recommend the full English breakfast too. We would certainly book in here again if we needed to stay in the area.

A perfect place for a single night or a longer term base. Whether on holiday or working in the area, this is a great place to stay. The welcome is warm, the bedrooms are very comfortable and the availability of a kitchen enables you to be self sufficient should you want to be. The location is classic English countryside but... We stayed there overnight while visiting family - I had booked the wrong day but they were very accommodating and found us a very nice room with no fuss. It was clean, comfortable and very friendly. You could have a continental breakfast, included in the price, or a full English breakfast at an extra charge. With a pub down the... More

I only wish I had been able to stay longer in this delightful place. Very comfortable and welcoming, delightful hosts, and delicious breakfast. The kitchen area means you don't have to go out to eat and have the option of a self service breakfast so useful choices you don't usually have with B n Bs. It was so peaceful with... More

I don't understand how people can give this a bad review - we thought it was lovely! friendly welcome, good advice about where to eat, cute dogs and a cat to play with. We stayed in the larkspur room for one night in July.
