We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. My husband surprised me with a 2 night stay to celebrate our 25th anniversary. From arriving to leaving the staff were lovely. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Chelsea & Sinny , we had early Spa access so off we went. The Spa is fab, so much to do,I had a body wrap treatment which was very relaxing, Maggie on reception was very friendly. To our surprise we had been upgraded to the Goodwood suite, Chelsea showed us around the room, it was beautiful , the bed had been decorated with red rose petals plus Bubbly & chocolates, thanks Roy so nice. The food at the Hillfield was delicious as was the breakfast, thanks Travon. Our children treated us to dinner at The Latymer , wow what an amazing experience, the food was exquisite and we chose to do the wine pairing, thank you Ryan & Sergio for a very special evening. When we left Tom gave us a lift back to our car on the buggy which was fun, thankyou to all the staff.

Hotel's Favourite
A wonderful stay at this amazing hotel and spa. Arrived at the stunning hotel and greeted with a warm welcome by the team. Shown to our rooms and we had two in the ground floor coaching wing. Stunning with amazing showers, baths with televisions, comfortable beds & good tea and coffee facilities. Lots of lovely little touches. The Spa was absolutely out of this world. The best one I have ever been to. The pools, whirlpool jacuzzis leading up the outdoor one, the layout of the loungers inside and out in the lush gardens, the saunas, the stream rooms and so many more facilities. You are completely spoilt and the treatments (massage) are excellent. Even complimentary classes throughout the day and we did a high intensity class with Dan, in a very well equipped gym, which was great. The bar has live music in the evenings and a great martini! Bar menu in the main hotel is good. The salads and spa lunch menu was perfect. Great grain bowl and Caesar salad . Breakfast is a delicious buffet or a la carte so the best of both worlds. Lots of tasty bread and extras like smoked salmon and yoghurts made in the county. Two days is not enough! Thank you so much to everyone at the hotel and spa for a wonderful stay.

Visually this place is absolutely stunning. Definitely the best hotel and spa I've stayed in. The front of house staff are great and the food in all of the restaurants was amazing! The spa and pools are beautiful. But.... The restaurant service (in every restaurant!) was absolutely shocking (especially on the terrace. We had to chase food repeatedly, the staff were slow and inattentive and we actually encountered 2 members of waiting staff that didn't even appear to speak English! Just blank looks when we asked for simple items like water! It was really disappointing, for the prices this place charge, you expect a level of service, but it just wasn't there. It's as though the whole budget has been thrown at the grounds and the buildings, but cut it when it comes to employing waiting staff. The only member of waiting staff that stood out was Roy on the terrace. Despite the appalling service in general, he was fantastic. If all their waiting staff were like him they would have no issues. I would return, but I would sincerely hope the restaurant staff would have improved.

Amazing spa - the best we've ever been to, feels more like a European Resort than a UK Spa! Exceptional staff and experience, there for wife's surprise birthday treat, and they really went above and beyond - free chocolates and handmade card delivered to the room, upgraded room and generally an amazing atmosphere and really friendly staff.

We stayed last weekend for an AMAZING night stay, and had the most fantastic time - couldn’t rate the staff, the room, the food, the experience highly enough. Jay checked us in and helped us to find our room, he made some food recommendations and came to find us later on to check everything was okay. Everything we needed was provided straight away. James was amazing on our second day, helping us to collect our things, providing us with robes and other things needed. The spa is beautiful and I could have stayed there for a year. The breakfast is wow, all you can eat buffet with a plated option! Thank you thank you thank you 🤍✨🤍✨🤍✨

Having had a few issues during a previous stay, James did his best to ensure that my partner and myself were more than satisfied with our overnight stay this time. James is a guest relations manager who cares about making sure the 5-star experience you expect is the experience you receive. When making my booking, as a surprise for my partner's birthday, James gave me a shortlist of recommended suites. Our chosen suite was spacious with two floors. Downstairs was a comfy luxurious four-poster bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs was a double bath with a TV set in the wall. On entering our suite, my partner felt extra special. Awaiting her were a few complimentary birthday surprises courtesy of James on behalf of Pennyhiill. Lovely touch. Thanks to Jess (although my invoice has her down as Jask. Maybe I misheard her name) on reception. She was helpful and always smiling. Thanks to Paige also, who works with James in guest relations. We felt most welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Honourable mention to the lady at reception in the spa. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. She had glasses and long hair worn down. She was as warm and helpful this time as she was the last. We thoroughly used all the therapy rooms in the spa, the heated indoor pool, the gym, and the jacuzzis. Dinner in the Hillfield restaurant on day one and buffet breakfast with menu options in the Hillfield restaurant on day two was enjoyable. We had planned to enjoy some food from the woodfired oven at the Lily Pond Terrace on our final day before leaving. Unfortunately for us, due to a beautiful wedding taking place, this area was out of bounds. Nevertheless, after finishing our spa access at 2pm on our final day, we headed to the Hillfield bar for drinks and light bites until we departed at around 3:30pm. To summarise, all the staff we interacted with are a credit to Pennyhill. The spa facilities are second to none, and we returned home relaxed and fulfilled. I have one downside to report. After sleeping on that mammoth island of a bed in our suite, our large double bed at home now feels like a single. Lol Thank you so much, James, for understanding my previous issues, overseeing our stay this time, and for your hospitality. Your assistance in making my partner feel special on her birthday was much appreciated. Kind regards and best wishes until we meet again. Daniel JB My recommendation for those planning a trip to Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa. An overnight stay in the Violet Suite with breakfast and dinner in the Hillfield restaurant.

We had a family lunch to celebrate the anniversary of the death of a loved one. The location has fond memories for us all, hence choosing it for a get together. We had pre lunch drinks outside, had lunch int eh restaurant and then had coffee outside on the terrace at the end of the meal. The food was delicious- definitely 5 star in terms of quality. The service however was disappointingly average - a lot of staff everywhere, both outside and inside but they were not overly attentive (except for the female supervisor in the restaurant). Not what I would have expected to experience and a little underwhelming. There was only 1 umbrella for all the outside tables on the terrace. Because it was a beautiful sunny day, we asked for an umbrella for our table, not an unreasonable request. We were told that due to strong winds a few days previously, they had got damaged and there were no spares. You can order these on line for next day delivery, pretty poor really…. Despite these “grumbles”, we had a lovely afternoon reminiscing and would still return but the service would need to a lot sharper than it was last Saturday! Thank you

This was our second stay at Pennyhill and it was fantastic! Even though your still in the UK it feels like a holiday. The heated outdoor pool is perfect for a swim with lots of deck chairs to chill or catch a snooze. The many, many, many spa therapy rooms keep you busy all day, my favourite is the Igloo room (self explanatory!) even though it was busy it never felt crowded. We jacuzzi hopped all afternoon finding different spots to relax in. If your considering it, just do it, you won’t regret it. The food in all the outlets was delicious, from dinner, snacks to breakfast. The staff could not do enough for you, always polite and ready to assist, nothing is too much trouble. James at front desk is so lovely, he really made our stay; assisting us (and everyone else) like we were the only ones in the hotel! Jas was also great, and super accommodating to all the dietary requirements we came with!

What a superb relaxing weekend this was. The food in the Hillfield restaurant was wonderful, the spa facilities were the best I've ever experienced. Only 30 mins into London by Taxi. All the staff were really friendly and accomodationg. James the manager was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to make our stay one of the best spa weekend breaks we have ever had. We will definitely be returning here soon.

We arrived, exhausted, at Pennyhill Park, as we had been unable to track down my handbag ( containing phone, passport and reading glasses), which had been left in a London black cab. Within 10 mins of settling us into our room, Jess from Reception had got an answer from my phone, and made arrangements with the cab driver to ferry my handbag to the hotel. Jess, James and Team: your customer care service was AMAZING!
