The only disappointing thing about our stay was the food, the room was clean and spacious for our family. The staff were friendly helpful and polite. There is a Macdonald's 10 mins away for breakfast and a miller and carter 5min away for evening meal.

We had a brilliant stay, the room was clean, fresh, well equipped and spacious. There was a fan in the room which was a nice extra, and we loved the USB plug sockets by the bed. The thing that we found really great was the staff. The lady that was on reception when we arrived was lovely (Sunday 20th at around 6.30pm), so friendly, welcoming and chatty. We had breakfast at the beefeater on site and the two men working in there provided exceptional service, they were both so friendly and even brought out hot drinks over and I was alone with 2 children, and the food was delicious!

The mattresss are too hard, very uncomfortable and the pillows are hard too, they do have spare soft pillows , room has no air conditioning, winter duvets in summer , free parking is the best thing about this hotel

Hotel is fairly dated compared to others we have stayed in but still comfortable and good standard especially for the cost. Be aware no lift at property as we were placed on 1st floor even though we had a 6 month old - advised once checked in that our room was on the first floor and that there was no lift but there was no offer of a room swap or help. Friendliness of check in needs some improvement as it wasn't the usual friendly standard we are used too when staying at a Premier Inn. Hotel restaurant very good and food and service were great. Breakfast is table service for cooked option and the continental is self serve. The staff seemed rushed off their feet as there was only 2 of them but we were in no hurry so didn't make any difference. We would stay again if needed.

I stay at quite a few Premier inns for work and this one was particularly clean with well kept decor. It also has plenty of parking. I would recommend this hotel and I will be staying here again as it is located well for me.

Clean, modern, good facilities and great sleep in a comfortable bed. Extra pillows provided and appreciated. Vending machine downstairs for snacks and drinks. Plenty of parking. Good access to the restaurant. Would stay again. Only minor gripe is there were no standard sockets next to the bed and because I have a modern phone with USB C to C charging cable, I had to charge my phone and set my alarm across the room.

Room was a good size and well maintained, very comfortable bed, even though the room was at the front and directly above reception and two major roads nearby it was very quiet, nice to be able to control room heating and had easy access to the restaurant. All in all very pleasant and would book again.

Very good staff. Clean & comfy beds disabled friendly room was ok but not much room bottom of bens to manoeuvre my wheelchair am paraplegic my legs don’t work. But the front of house staff re extra pillows & the staff in restaurant for a meal in Eve & breakfast couldn’t do enuf for me & my family. We were there for a funeral in area. 1 night last year. We are returning to premier inn Bagshot disabled room plus another room for 2 nights this time .as we picking up family from airport (Heathrow ) in 2 weeks they flying in from Canada a week on wed till the Friday & can’t wait . To even stop at Bagshot Premier inn again. Hope the weather is nice to sit in the back of the hotel area or front area & have a drink. See you soon hope we have another brilliant stay.

We’ve stayed here a few times now I found this hotel when looking for somewhere close to the merlin theme parks so went central to legoland , chessington and Thorpe park. We have returned over last few years as this hotel ticks every box , the parking , the comfy beds , the rooms , the staff , the amazing breakfast we can not fault this hotel at all and once again we will be back thank you so much.
