I stayed here for 2 nights at the end of November 2021 as I attending an event in the local area. The location was great as it was right in the centre of Epsom main street and only around 2 minutes walk to the Ashley Centre in Epsom The hotel has only been open for a few months so everything is still shiny and new I checked in using the self service machine at reception so the whole check-in process was very quick and efficent My room was on the top floor and was very nice, the bed was very comfortable I didn't eat or drink in the bar/restaurant so cannot comment on this but it looked quite good

A group of 15 of us stayed New Years Eve as it was local to a friends house party. Room was super clean and the welcome we received from the reception staff was 5 star. We had a quick drink in the bar before heading off and apparently the beer was excellent - it was very reasonably priced too. We got back in the early hours and had a fab nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Went down to reception to meet up with our friends and same two ladies on reception so friendly. We didn’t eat so can’t comment on food but this was extreme value for money wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We stayed here for one night for an event we were attending. The hotel is modern, clean and has everything you need. We all slept well. Its a shame about the lack of parking, however there is a car park a few minutes walk away. Hotel is very close to shops, restaurants and bars which was perfect for us so we could just leave the car and walk.

This hotel is in a great location around the corner from the main street in Epsom and close to the railway station, about 400 yards (and could not hear any noise from the Station). The staff were very welcoming when checking in and all attentive with any queries, drinks or during the Breakfast service during the morning. I enjoyed a full cooked breakfast on both days. The room was well presented, clean and very comfortable and I didn't need to adjust the temperature settings as they were to my liking, but the facility was there if necessary. The bathroom was perfectly clean as you would like and my room contained a walk in shower. I opted for the fully cooked breakfast as part of my booking and I think the room and breakfast was very good value for money. I would be very happy to stay at Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre again and would hope to be able to do so again soon..

Whilst I’m sure there’s other family hotels to stay in if needing to visit Epsom, to most people it’s probably a toss up between a premier inn and a travelodge. There’s two of both I believe. As long as the price is right, I’ll always plump for a Premier Inn. Nothing wrong with Travelodge nowadays (yes at one time they were rank with their orange walls but we’ve gone a long way). Premier Inn though just have an edge and are more like a business class hotel at economy class rates (much of the time). The beds are legendary and this one is no exception. Free (well it isn’t really, it’s in the price but you know what I mean) soap and the showers in this one are just amazing with their sliding door and soft towels. Nice touch is the coloured led lights above the bed. The good. The location is second to none in Epsom. Short walk through a bit of an alleyway past Ask Italian (be prepared for the amazing smell of garlic bread) and you’re right on the high street. Nice cheap breakfast at McDonalds if that’s your thing. 5 minute walk to Bills for brilliant dinner out, same the Thai next door. Parking is at the time of writing £2.50 overnight next door behind the police station. To find this car park put into your satnav or Googlemaps “Dullshot Green” as it’s not over obvious how to get in. The bad. Well there isn’t much. Our room needed redecorating as the plaster had some cracks and in a couple of places in the bathroom the silicon sealant needed sorting. Last time we came we got the in house breakfast but the buffet had been suspended and there was no bacon (WHATTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!). Once bitten… No! Very minor points, great quiet view over the rear, location amazing, price? Well it depends when you book, it can be cheap or it can be a lot more. Recommended
