Booked this place on booking.com and it looked ok with free parking, what I didn't realise was the parking was at your own risk on the council estate where the converted (closed down) pub is situated. The gentleman who let us is in the establishment wouldn't take our card and said he wanted cash! We didn't want to stay too... More

I needed a hotel after Ascot as needed to be in Kingston for the Sunday. I visited Booking.com and could only find the Bull & Bush hotel. The satnav took me around Kingston 308 and then a right of the main road into very residential roads and then a large council estate and there it was. An old pub no... More

I booked this last minute and whilst I wasn't expecting the ritz, I didn't expect it be so dire. Sleeping in my car would have been a better option. The pictures are super misleading and I was kept awake by a woman screaming next door, literally screaming. Then there was the couple who were shouting and groaning all night. It... More

Where to start. I booked the bull and bush through booking.com and it looked quite promising. How wrong could I have been. A photo speaks a thousand word so they should show it really. It was dirty to the point of being unsanitary. The shower was filthy as was the bed. The headboard was broken. It hadn't been dusted for... More

Well what can I say about the Bull and Bush Hotel ... This hotel was booked on our behalf by another family member and from the website it looks quite pleasant; however, looks can be deceiving as they say! Upon arrival the "hotel" is located on a built up residential area and nestled in the middle of council style flats... More

Don't be fooled by the pictures that are shown, completely misleading. Surrounding areas simply shocking, although this isn't to do with the stay constantly being overlooked by blocks of flats filled with neighbours shouting and smoking on street corners. Our visit lasted a wholesome 20 minutes before leaving, we didn't even try to dispute the payment and ask for the... More

Clean towels every day and bedding was changed midweek. Stopped for 4 nights . Rooms are fine ,free wifi, beds are comfy, brew tackle in the room but no coffee just teabags and sugar. downsides are parking , as your in a housing estate like something off only fools and horses, especially with a van full of tools, and spaces... Simply terrible! If you expect to get no sleep, look forward to having a dirty room with dirty sheets, dirty cups, no hot running water, walks like cardboard so you can hear people in the next room going to the toilet and rude owner who refuses to refund after complaining, then this is certainly the place to stay. If you... More
