I stay in an awful lot of hotels but rarely choose a pub hotel I did however chose this hotel as it was a Fullers establishment and in my experience I have never been disappointed with one of their hotels or pubs. I can honestly say the White Hart met all expectations, good parking, the rooms are very well appointed...

Stayed for 2 days during a cycling trip. Slept well in a super comfortable bed. I had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant which were really nice and good value for money. I definitely would stay here again in the future.

If you love good shopping this place is near to the Bentalls centre and to John Lewis. The riverside area is superb and so close, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. So close to Hampton Court and also to Kew Gardens. Travelling in the area is easy and is really well served with bus routes, and all...

We stayed here after visiting Hampton court palace, before heading off to chessington world the next day. Parking round the back as good and free. The receptionist was ok to talk to but didn't know customer service. The staff in the bar restaurant are very nice. Dinner was beautiful, my daughter enjoyed the kids menu. I recommend the chicken pie!...

Dear Lindsay D, Sorry to hear of your frustration with the AC, it could have been reset manfully by our night porter had you telephoned reception which could have potentially meant the nights situation would have been avoided. I appreciate that perhaps you wasn't aware of this and we do not expect our guests to call the night porter just...

If you want to stay in London but avoid tourist prices then this place is great. A beautiful part of the river Thames with good daytime public transport options to the rest of the city The food in the pub is also very good if you've had a long drive (free parking) and don't fancy going out. Kingston has some...

Really nice pub/hotel within walking distance of Hampton Court Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff who even offered to bring my tickets up to Hampton court as the email was late arriving! Well above the usual service received!

A great family weekend at the white hart hotel in Kingston upon Thames. We stayed in the Catherine Parr suite and it was sumptuous. The staff are excellent. The location is great for both Hampton Court Palace and centre of town. The centre of town is directly across the bridge across from the hotel. Food was good! Exceeded expectations.

Very nice hotel and room was lovely in decor and was clean. Unfortunately, there was a very loud extractor fan near or above our room which kept us awake the whole night and spoiled what would have been a wonderful stay. On checking out we were not asked if everything had been OK with our stay, so we did not...
