Great staff who could not do enough for you. Comfy rooms exceptionally clean and good food although the menu was a little limited. On site parking and pets made very welcome. Ideal location for Bushy Park and good shopping

Unhappy at reception, the kids meal was terrible, breakfast was small, parking was an issue. 2 out of 4 main meals were nice, room was nice (same as a travel inn) 1 of the waitresses was happy and helpful. Over all not worth the £141 for the night!

We simply felt harassed by staff members reminding us to check out at 11am when we'd asked for a late check out. The room was freezing throughout the night and we asked for temperature to be turned up. They reported they did but we saw no difference. Especially since we were traveling with a child under 1. In addition I...

Great nights sleep, lovely bed and very clean. We had a super room out the back which despite the busy location was quiet. Car park was fab with easy access and safe. We came back in late and no problem accessing hotel at all. Overall excellent stay and would definitely stay again !

Disappointing as would have loved to have returned. Why you need to call someone's room at 22:15 knowing they have an early start is beyond me. Ended up having rubbish sleep and no breakfast as you advertise from 7 but it's actually 8. Shroud have stayed at home

Loved the hotel from the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, location excellent and great atmosphere. Will stay there in the future if I can get the opportunity. Many thanks to all staff to make it pleasant and enjoyable experience. My son missed the Hotel as soon as we left.

Lovely place to stay and dine for a special treat or occasion. Hotel is clean, staff are friendly, efficient and attentive. Hampton Court Palace nearby is a great place to visit. Kingston across the river is a great place to visit for shopping.

I stayed here before taking part in the Hampton Court half-marathon. I got a wonderful night's sleep and felt fully relaxed in my beautiful room. I am already planning next year's trip, although my partner and I may well take advantage of the hotel before then. We both enjoyed it enough to warrant another visit.
