Stayed here for a Xmas works do on Saturday and had a great time. The brothers of soul band was the best band I've ever seen at a Xmas event and they had everyone up dancing, great atmosphere and nice hotel / room. The food was OK , lots of people packed into the marquee which was a bit tight...

Stayed for one night in a feature room (Mulberry). Oak beams, wonky floors and period decor made for an interesting room with a huge feature bed, the comfiest I have ever slept in. I made use of the Spa facilities - the swimming pool was a pleasant temperature, there was a jacuzzi and steam room (lovely and hot) - and...

Attended a Christmas meal with 60s themed entertainment today. Lovely efficient waiting staff with excellent hot food served on hot plates. Also there was a little shop selling interesting Christmas bits and bobs of which we bought quite a few stocking fillers. Hoping to go again next Christmas.

Our welcome was warm and friendly, all staff are a credit to nailcote. Especially carol in the restaurant!!! We had room 25 with four poster bed and I have to say was more comfy than our bed at home. Didn't want to get up! The restaurant, what can I say, every course blew us away, superb. Service excellent and couldn't...

We stayed here for only one night while attending a party a few miles away. We were given a warm welcome by reception and check in was easy. Our room was in an annex so sadly not in the main building. The only draw back for us was getting to.our room it was a myriad of corridors and up a...

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and informative. The waitresses at breakfast were lovely. The room was nice and warm and the bed very comfortable. l would have liked a view but unfortunately looked out onto the side of the marquee. The breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is warm and comfortable. My room was in the main building and was nicely decorated and comfortable however it did take me a few attempts to find it. The upstairs rooms didn't seem to be clearly sign posted The food is quite expensive in the main restaurant so not for those on a tight budget but the quality...

We had a very enjoyable visit with good food and great company. HOWEVER three of the five rooms we booked face out onto the marquee!!!! My family could hear every word and note from the very loud Disco. One couple moved rooms one couple joined in the party in desperation and the third person complained and was told there had...
