Although neighbours we have never been here for Sunday lunch. We were very pleasantly surprised. The setting was attractive although we did eat in the bar area and as the only diners felt a little exposed. That said the order was delivered promptly and with generous portions. The waiter was friendly and efficient. The 'house' wine was excellent value and... More

Why do people complain about the bedrooms when in my opinion you get good value for money and most times.... it does not even matter because you don't spend much time in it.... ! I am more happy to enjoy the lovely well maintained grounds, and the Lakes... Just fabulous..! Then had a lovely steak cooked to perfection at Bar... More

When our son & fiancée booked Dunchurch Park as their wedding venue we wondered why they had chosen a place 50 mins drive away. However when we visited with them we fully understood. WOW, what a beautiful old house & magnificent grounds. Lovely reception area & walk down to the bar area which was also of a tasteful but modern... More

Very small rooms which are in a separate block to reception etc. Barely room to walk around the bed very little hanging space or other storage. Tiny TV so high and far away from top of bed that I couldn't really use it. Very poor wifi and mobile coverage. Food seemed to be hit and miss - the restaurant is... More

Stayed at this hotel for business and its ok. Such a shame they don't spend more money on the facilities. The gym was small with only a limited amount of machines. It is screaming out for more. The grounds are really nice with a nice long drive. The food was excellent and the staff were polite also. I would stay... More

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. Having read previous reviews was not sure what to expect of the rooms. The grounds and the buildings were stunning. Stayed with my daughter and our room was fine, very clean and comfortable with wifi available straight away. Hair dryer and ironing board there if required(very useful). The staff were extremely helpful, no... More
