Stayed here for one night, hotel in nice grounds and nice reception area. The actual room we stayed in was very basic and claustrophobic. Bathroom tiles needed mould treatment. Very noisy and constantly heard doors closing, walls thin could hear someone coughing next door. Would not choose to stay here again

On arrival at this hotel we had some apprehension after reading TripAdvisor reviews..some good and some bad. Parking was fine and the entrance to the reception whilst a bit dark was OK too. Receptionists were extremely polite and amicable....that's where it ended. We got to the cell block that was to be. Our wing of the hotel; a totally out...

My husband and I chose to have our wedding reception at Dunchurch Park Hotel. I would recommend this venue to everyone. Their package was fantastic, and I found that having stationary, flowers and DJ included (among other things) was a great stress relief in the planning. My wedding planner, Helen-Louise Farnsworth was warm, friendly and always available to discuss any...

Was booked into the hotel through work for 2 nights. Upon arrival I was directed to the accommodation which was very disappointing. When entering it could have been mistaken for a poor quality retirement home. The perfumed smell when entering was also very unpleasant and extremely overpowering - god only knows what it was covering up! The restaurant was over...

Deat Bamikole and Kate L I am sorry for being disappointed with your stay. Last weekend we indeed experienced problems with our boilers and the earliest the problem could be rectified was on Monday. Yes we have to have a major repair to our system and as the boiler has to be out of action for no less than 24hrs...

Myself and my boyfriend booked a 3 night stay here for valentines weekend. We were looking forward to a lovely country retreat and, although my expectations for the room was low, we were still very disappointed. We ended up spending each night in a new room due to issues. The first room was like a sauna despite turning the heating...

Quite an odd hotel overall- in the main building the facilities are pretty good and the service is fine in most cases - very helpful and friendly reception staff. However, the rooms are small and many are in outside buildings; and the one I stayed in was very basic - but spotless. This was OK for me as I arrived...

We (my wife and I) stayed for two nights as members of a wedding party. The whole event was brilliant. The staff were very very good, the gentleman that masterminded the reception, evening event and the rest of the social activities, Mr. Ivan Calleja, deserves special praise. As a mixed group of young children, adults and senior citizens the party...
