Overnight after flight into Birmingham en route to Dorset. Adequate Hotel but no lift and narrow stairs to first floor room. Help available with luggage so ask as this was not offered on check in. Friendly staff, room okay, had booked a double but two singles provided and my bed not to comfy but otherwise adequate. Used this Hotel as...

Hotel was chosen by work as attending a training course nearby. Check in was good with friendly service. When I got to my room I thought I had walked into a broom cupboard it was so small. However, there was everything I needed for a comfortable nights sleep. Evening meal was good enough but took 2 hours for 3 courses...

My husband , teenage daughter and myself stayed here for 2 nights in one of the suites as we were attending a wedding. The staff were very friendly on arrival and we were very impressed with the fabulous suite we stayed in which was very large and comfortably furnished. The hotel and our room were spotlessly clean. Breakfast on both...

Spent 2 nights at the hotel as a large group attending a wedding near by. The staff on arrival were welcoming and ensured that everyone could check in on arrival. They also provided details of places to eat close by as we were a very large group. The rooms were very nice and the suites had comfy beds and the...

Stayed here on business but would also recommend for a tourist base. Welcome was personal, a fabulous room with perfect linen on a very comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean throughout. Lovely touches with lighting and furniture reglect the period of this part of the country and the nearby village of Henley in Arden, a great destination in itself, never mind the...

Stayed 3 nights. No major complaints but nothing about which to rave (other than 'Finest Catch' nearby). The accommodation was of a standard one would expect in a decent hotel but no better than a 'budget' or 'economy' brand and this is called a "Plus" but I didn't see any 'extras'. No sauna, no spa, no gym etc., all of...

Very clean and lovely little room. Breakfast was perfect with good quality ingredients. Good choice of buffet style food/continental. Only down side for us was there wasn't a shower in our room only a bath and very noisy when people come back to their rooms. However I would stop again if in the Area.

Good value but wouldn't like to stay more than one night. Small bedroom, very small bathroom. Bed was comfortable but that was about all that was positive. Room was quiet but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. We were advised by the receptionist that the chef was off ill and they couldn't offer dinner (reviews suggest this is...

Firstly, this hotel can cater for gluten free. Booked here as we were going to Crufts and this was the nearest hotel that didn't break the bank. We were given a suite for two adults and a child and it was gorgeous. Huge bathroom with 2 showers and 2 sinks. You can hear a bit from neighbouring rooms but it...

room not the biggest but very nicely decorated with a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Shower only which was spotless. Main communal areas modern and well spaced out. We walked into Henley which was about a mile but shuttle bus available. Would definitely stay again.
