I assume the young man on reception was in training. I hope so. The hotel is close(ish) to the station. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. Couldn't bring myself to eat in the hotel 'bistro' which was a dismal affair.

I stayed overnight at The Grosvenor Hotel as I had to go to a friend’s party in central Rugby. I chose the Grosevenor because of its central location, it is about a 10 minute walk into the town centre. I also selected this hotel because of being able to leave the car in the car park. The hotel itself is...

First of all I must say the Polish lady on reception is amazing, she done everything she could to help us and was very pleasant. Our room (14) was very dated and the bed very hard so we never slept. The bathroom was miniscule and my husband being on the large side only just got in. We could not drink...

We stayed one night at the Grosvenor, a nice hotel with a really friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are found via winding stairs and corridors and if you don't pay attention you might get lost ;) The floorboards are a bit squeaky and the hot water really took its time, but the breakfast experience was super and our kids...

Well positioned for a look round Rugby and easy access to some of the Restaurants / Pubs in the centre of town. Arrived and was received by a very cheerful receptionist who processed my check in with cheerful efficiency. Directed to the room which was up several stairs and down several corridors. Quite a labyrinth! Arrived in the room which...

10 min walk from Rugby train station so ideal for transport links. One of the best nights sleep in a hotel I've had in ages, very comfortable room. The staff were extremely helpful and allowed me to leave my car the following day when I travelled to central London. The only issue I had was with the food! real shame...

We have stayed here before, and found this visit very comfortable. The room we were given had a new bathroom. The shower was excellent. The staff is friendly, as ever and we enjoyed our stay. It is very close to downtown and it is convenient to have parking on site.
