The room (307) was shabby, filthy round the edges and the WiFi didn't work. Bathroom floor smelt like a public toilet. Reception has clearly had a lick of paint but the other communal areas smell awful. Definitely one to avoid

The hals smelled of cigarette smoke which I reported but clearly nothing was done as the fire alarm went off 2x that night. Room was comfy except for the concrete pillows. Breakfast was good apart from my dirty plate and cup. This hotel could be a great little budget hotel if more attention to detail was paid

Stayed at this hotel yesterday with my partner, lovely room but we were woken up three times due to a false(maybe practice) fire alarm, this woke up most of the hotel and I was disgusted that I was woken up at 2am, 3am and 7am due to this!! Not very happy! Was in a rush on the morning otherwise I...

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in for years, the place was dirty, smelt and falling to bits. I had to move rooms twice and in the end settled for a room on the side of the road in which the window could not shut properly and no one could fix, this meant traffic noise was constant. I...

Hotel rooms are desperately in need of a refurb, bathroom was better, and breakfast was good. But the wifi was terrible, couldn't even load google, the reception staff blamed it on too many people being connected at once... ridiculous excuse, it's a hotel! Should have enough speed for every guest to be connected simultaneously...

Stayed here last night, Staff where friendly, shame about the room. It wasn't the cleanest room I've stayed in, bedroom need some time spent in there, random green light in the ceiling which kept me awake most of the night. Breakfast so so, month before I was lucky enough to have been booked into the hotel across the road

Not for me. Maybe if I'd been better at complaining I would have sorted my issues out, but after a difficult day I didn't want to. Room was like a fridge. I tried to set the heater -failed (very tiny symbols on the dial) returned to reception and told them - they set it from there (friendly service) Heater took...

Good hotel it was clean and reception was quick to help. Room was cosey and bed was very comfy, good size TV. In general I believe the hotel halls could do with updating, very warn out. Good stay would come again

This hotel does on the inside exactly what it says in the outside - it offers clean comfortable accommodation in addition to which it has ample car parking space on site The hotel itself is conveniently located just off the motorway without the noise of the motorway interfering with surrounding, We make use of this venue whenever we need to...
