My relatives and I stayed over last night renting two rooms, a twin and a double. Honestly I don't really know where to start on this review! We arrived late, our rooms keys didn't work, and was a hassle for something that should be straight forward! When we got into our rooms the smell was over powering, the rooms were... More

My husband and I got here at 1am this morning and have to be at a meeting in Oldbury at 11am. We haven't really slept because of the extremely poor quality of this room - which looks nothing like the photos. We've stayed in lots of budget hotels as we travel for work but this is the worst by miles.... More

This was considerably cheaper than other hotels and that's why we chose it. Clean bed and clean room.... However with no natural light the room was very dark and claustrophobic. The telly had no signal so we had to make our own entertainment. The towels they left for us, well two hand towels..... So small. The toilet paper holder falling... More

At quite short notice I booked a one night stay at Oldbury Travellers Inn on Saturday 17th Sept. to attend a social event nearby. For one night I was looking for convenience, comfort, competitive pricing and hopefully somewhere to eat prior to the night out. The Traveller Inn offered all and certainly was cheaper that its competitors. I was suitably... More

We booked this hotel very last minute for a random night out in Birmingham one weekend. Check in was quick, the card machine wasn't working so instead of paying on arrival I paid at check out.
