But the hotel's immediate surroundings are a must too, with a quiet fishing lake right next door. See how our ancestors lived at the Black Country Museum, or how chocolate is made at Cadbury World. Attend a convention at Bethnal, or a match at West Brom. Our friendly team will help you enjoy your stay to the full. Spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds ensure you wake up refreshed and ready for another day on the go. Directions: From M5(J2), take A4123 to Wolverhampton. Hotel is situated 0.75 Mile on the left. Near Dudley. Next to the Lakeside Brewers Fayre.

Hotel's Favourite
We were welcomed by a very friendly knowledgable team. The food was good but the customer service from Iieysha was one of the best I've ever had. She WAS friendly, professional, attentive, polite and great at her job, she really took her time to get to know her customers all with a smile and such grace. Nothing was an issue for her, her timing was ace, and she knew how to read her customers. Thank you, if I lived local I definitely would be back due to her outstanding customer service. Thank you Iieysha you were made for customer service!

the inn itself was clean and tidy and comfortable. Some staff were helpful and friendly - others not so. The main concern was the level of noise within the hotel. It prevented me from sleeping. I raised it on the first night with reception staff and only partially resolved. Didn't bother the second night as not completely resolved the first night. Have subsequenbtly claimed against the good sleep guarantee, but yet to hear anything back - will take it further if necessary!

We regularly stay in Premier Inns. This one is not quite up to it. On a positive, all the staff we came into contact with were very nice. However the room wasn’t ready so had to wait forty minutes. When we got into the room it was stuffy and did not seem fresh like they normally do. The room size was smaller than usual and noisy from other rooms. Especially above, I think they were dancing to strictly come dancing !!!!! Room very hot and no way of cooling. Not a total disaster but probably one of the worst Premier Inns that we have stayed in. I notice that the management only reply to the five star comments. Maybe they should concentrate on the lesser reviews!!!

Stayed here on a business trip. Not somewhere I’d be in a rush to stay again. The free wifi is awful, and I didn’t want to pay £5 for daily wifi. The rooms were clean and tidy, but warm and with no air conditioning was difficult to cool down. The noise from neighbouring rooms wasn’t the best, it wasn’t offensive, just general noise of them moving around, especially upstairs you could hear every step (which was annoying at 5am stamping around waking me up), and even when they used the toilet. On a positive, the staff were really friendly and helpful and checkin extremely easy. One thing to note was the doors didn’t always close fully when you let them go, they needed to be pulled/pushed closed.
