Hotel was fine although toilet seat was discoloured and worn. The biggest let down was the pub next door - food was appalling as was The cleanliness and service. Would definitely not stop there again.

We booked into this Premier Inn due to the location. Staff were friendly, Wifi was great, the room was clean. Handy KFC next door, as well as the restaurant. Will definitely be using this one again in the future.

Over night stop off en route from Devon to Lake District. Premier Inn..you know what you're going to get...always warm & clean & at pre booked saver rate of £29.50 can't be beaten. Very happy with the room. Plenty of space for a family of 4 in a family room. Pull out bed was a bit hard and creaky but fine for a 6 year old! Plenty of parking and breakfast was great. Would use this hotel again when next in Birmingham!

Stopped over to break a long journey after over 400 miles in a day, Found staff to be friendly and helpful. The room clean and tidy, very quiet as it's so close to the motorway with busy road out front. Had a good breakfast served at 6:30 so can make start on the day

Stayed at your hotel as the usual one I stay at near by was full. I have to say that I had a better nights sleep at your hotel! Out of choice I will select yours first from now on. The bed was fantastic, I was like the Princess and the pea. What's not to like 😴

Stayed here on a business trip at the end of January. I didn't know the area at all so I went for the safe choice of hotel where I knew exactly what I would get. Easy to find, a friendly welcome and a good night's sleep. The only slight disappointment was breakfast. There's no buffet here for the cooked breakfast...

Enjoyed staying at this hotel as the staff are very helpful, the hotel very well located, peaceful and clean. The only thing we did not enjoy was the room temperature as the radiators are switching off as you go out and during the night. The room would then get very cold during the winter (17 degrees for us on a...
