As always an excellent premier inn. Our stay was marred however by the lack of concern and indifference of the staff serving dinner. A fellow diner also complained. I would recommend looking elsewhere for an evening meal. Breakfast however was wonderful and we were served by dedicated staff.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and great fun with our children. All reception staff were very approachable and very helpful. Staff at the attached Brewers Fayre were also very fun and helpful. The room was clean and no external noise. Fantastic overall!

Stayed overnight to break up a long drive south. Comfortable rooms, clean and well looked after. Staff attentive and friendly. Hotel does a meal deal with Restaurant next door, good value for money if booked in advance.

Although only a one night stop-over to visit family, my wife's and my stay was a good experience. We were welcomed with courtesy. The Bedroom was clean and well presented having recently been decorated,

The best nights sleep I've had in a long time and the food was great too. But above anything else the staff were fantastic. Great sense of humour, treated each customer as the customer wanted to be treated and they knew their stuff.

This is the second tim that we have stayed at this hotel and the staff are by far its greatest assets. The welcome has always been friendly and the facilities are fine for a short stop over. It is a 15 minute drive from the city centre so not ideal if you want to go out in town.

The hotel provided a convenient location, a clean and comfortable room and helpful and friendly staff. The cooked breakfast was disappointing, however: inedible hash brown, weird scrambled egg (more like an omelette that had been dropped on the floor), average bacon and mushrooms. I would choose to stay in the hotel again but I would probably make alternative arrangements for...

My wife and I visited the Black Country Living Museum over the bank holiday weekend, and the accommodation and staff at the hotel were brilliant. They couldn't do enough for us. The museum was also superb, and as its only 5 minutes up he road from the hotel, getting there early wasn't a proble. Highly recommended!

Stayed here as a last minute option after first hotel was a disaster! (Travellers Inn) The staff were absolutely LOVELY! Honestly best customer service I have had in a while! Always smiling and asking if we needed help! The stay was very pleasant, very comfortable bed and decent decor. Would defiantly recommend and will be staying again!
