I treated myself to the Pamper Spa Day, I have not visited before but I was not disappointed. The outdoor pool and hot tub were lovely. I had Laura as my therapist and had a back massage and pamper facial for an hour and a half in total, both were amazing, I hope the Spa do a staff recognition as...

We stayed on a 2 night midweek Sandy Paws break and we all (dog included) had a really good relaxing break. Our room on the first floor of the Main House was well presented and comfortable - with the exception of the pillows, which were far too soft for us. Our Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate was not cheap, but...

A beautiful location, our room, in the thatched house, was cosy although very small with barely enough room to walk around the bed. The wardrobe and tea coffee /facilities were in the bathroom. There was a lack of plug sockets (all single socket) and the wifi signal variable. Small points, but had to boil the kettle on the floor because...

We arrived for Sunday lunch, eventually someone came to reception chewing food saying that they had to grab their lunch when they could. Not the best of starts. We went to sit in the lounge having been told that there was waiter service for drinks, we were ignored for some time before, eventually an order was taken. Having placed the lunch order we...

Stayed for one night midweek, having booked via the internet a few months before. Upon arrival met by senior member of staff who took our luggage from car to room via reception and was very helpful. However, it's a shame we cannot say the same of the reception staff who we found to be aloof and functional in manner when...

Everything there is made to aim at perfection. But they urgently need to offer a consistent and warmer service - from the front desk to the restaurant, where proper English should be a must. It is sad to note that while my fiancée had obvious difficulties to carry her luggage, the receptionist didn't offer her help while looking at her...

Another birthday and we had such a lovely time last year that we visited again. We were given an upgrade of an adjacent room which was great for our birthday boy. Food all good, amazing dinner and lovely wine. The pool is serene and a beach walk a must. Looking forward to next year!

We loved the hotel which was a wedding gift. The accommodation was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The rooms are of a high standard. There is no bar, you order drinks from waiting staff to little snug areas. The staff were all very pleasant and we never waited long at all. Breakfast staff- please do not take someone's plate away while...

This hotel prides itself on being a family hotel I have been many times. However the inept staff took 6 days to tell me they would not remove the £150 room charge off there invoice, when all we wanted was breakfast for 13 people as we have done many times in the past on good Friday. It's such a joke...

Down a quiet country lane in West Sussex stands a beautiful hotel. The hotel itself was very relaxing, and the food exceeded expectations, but we found it very small, and the service was extremely poor (we had an issue with the toilet in our room) You are a 2 minute walk to the beautiful Climping beach which has stunning views,...
