Lovely location. Room we had was in the old building and was easily bigger than some one bed flats! Decor is lovely....staff are exceptional, radio of staff to guests is very high, always someone around should you need something. Breakfast was very substantial. Left feeling really relaxed.

This was our first visit for a couple of years and a wonderful stay combined with dinner at The Pass. This time we were having a Saturday night feast with some friends. Staff were very attentive and we were also provided with some excellent wine recommendations. Don't miss the finale of Tarte Tatin made with Pink Lady apples, eaten with...

From the moment we checked in for our night's stay we were looked after very well. We stayed in Lady Clementine Suite which was very spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom. The grounds are vast but unfortunately we didn't get the weather to go exploring. Breakfast next morning was lovely. Amazing to see a large jamon on a stand...

When returning to Horsham on holiday I always visited South Lodge whether it is for lunch or afternoon tea. On my last visit I went for lunch and it was really disappointing in the level of cleanliness I think standards are slipping, Our food was outstanding however the milk jug had tea stains on it the cutlery was not shining...

My partner and I have recently stayed at South Lodge as a surprise birthday treat. We received absolutely fantastic service and its impossible to fault any aspect of our visit. I was wished a happy birthday by numerous staff members throughout our stay and it was lovely that so many of them had been made aware of it! We were...

Wow.......my most repeated word during our stay was "amazing" - something that doesn't come to often from me! From the moment we came up the drive and saw the building through to the friendly (yet always professional) staff, to our room, to the hand written note in our room - the list could be long here. We were given the...

Beautiful public rooms, lots of sitting areas, but very quiet when we arrived. Began to wonder what the purpose of the place was ,as just hotel, few amenities. Our room, however , was amazing, huge and very comfortable, as was the bathroom! We had dinner both evenings of our stay in restaurant and the food was fantastic. Restaurant was quiet,...

Made to feel very welcome here - and nothing was too much trouble on this busy spring weekend. My friends and I had a lovely time here. The common areas were well kept, the grounds looked after and the food and drink was meticulously presented and tasty too.
