I adored this place. It felt like the home my people left thousands of years ago, but my soul never forgot. Stunning location in the jungle with the waterfalls and beautiful vegetation. At first I wasn't so sure about open air sleeping in the jungle, with all the creatures of the night, but now I cannot wait to return. Rafa,...

I only stayed at Los Naranjos for a single night but wished I could have stayed much longer. Maria and Rafael have created a special place were you can truly relax. The retreat is about 15 minutes walk from the beach and on the very edge of the village just inside the jungle.

This amazing Eco retreat in the mexican jungle is a slice of heaven on earth. Sleeping in the open air palapas listening to the waterfall and the birds at night is a wonderfully peaceful thing to experience. The rooms were very well kept with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. Marie and Rafa go out of their way...

We stayed 1 week in "Casa Salate". It was an incredible and unforgettable natural experience. At night we heard all noises of the jungle which at the first night was new but then put us into sleep like nothing. Maria and Rafa picked us up with a horse to carry on our luggage. They were very welcoming.

First, go with an open mind and remember you are not in Manhattan with room service or sirens or horns a honking or any other city, you are in the jungle. Plug-in to natures abounding energy, at this jungle haven. Plan to sleep in nature and wake up to and by nature instead of the alarm clock. You will be...

Our stay at Los Naranjos was magical. The place is peaceful, beautiful, and has everything that you may need, including hot water and WiFi! Incredible. My family, my boyfriend and I stayed at the large palapa, and I was perfect for the 6 of us. We had the waterfall right behind us and sleeping with the sound of the water...

The previous reviewers pretty much covered it, I just want to add my name to their fan club. The staff is amazing, really. I wish every where I stayed, they cared as much about their visitors. That said I would like to add some points of caution to make sure people know the whole picture so it doesn't turn out...
