The first thing I want to say is that when this place gets it right, it's really right. Beautiful setting, modern but classic rooms, fireplaces, great amenities. I have visited twice. The fist time was with my partner and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everything was great, the second time I visited I was disappointed with the...

The property is impeccable! We got room 124- very homely loft. My toddler loved climbing up and down the stairs! The bath was a spacious one and the beds comfortable. The self help fireplace was what stole my girl's imagination 😬😬 we never ate at the restaurant.. the one day we turned up for breakfast the chef came late so...

Parklands is an odd combination of luxury accomodation and little service. Tried to ring and book a massage was told spa was run by Lilianfels and they would transfer me. Why advertise it if you don't provide it? Also asked for foam pillows on multiple occasions before they arrived as they seem to only have one staff member on duty....

We booked a garden view suite the day of arrival over the phone enroute to the blue mountains and the challenges with English language to make the booking very frustrating but we still proceeded. Upon arrival we were amazed by the beauty of the gardens and entrance into the reception with the Hampton style furnishings. Reception greeted us with a...

My wife and I had a few days staying at Parklands for our wedding anniversary. The setting is beautiful with well kept gardens and magnificent stands of trees all over the large expansive property. We stayed in a cottage which was very spacious with a separate bedroom, large bathroom with quality accessories and very efficient air-conditioning which was appreciated as...

Located in a residential area in Blackheat, Parklands is part of the Escarpment Group. The reception area and restaurant were very elegant, as was our cottage suite. The bed was very comfortable (probably the first thing we check on), the suite very spacious and wonderfully furnished - very classy. Really nothing to complain about in the room or bathroom. The...

The great thing about staying here is that the accommodation is in small cottages separate from the main block and so it feels very private. We stayed in a Loft Room which was spacious. In a hotel it would be called a suite or a studio apartment. It was very well designed - the website photos do it justice. In...

We were celebrating out 30th anniversary and wanted to stay somewhere that was quiet, comfortable and had relaxing surroundings. We had read the outstanding reviews on TripAdvisor and decided we would stay at the Parklands for 2 nights. Checking in was a breeze. Our room was a garden room and it was so spacious and so well appointed. Our room...

This is a lovely hotel. Rooms are nicely appointed and it is so peaceful. Our rooms are on the second floor. If you have problem climbing stairs, it is better to take the rooms on the ground floor as there is no lift. Scenic lookout is nearby and restaurants are a short drive away.

this place will charge your credit card after you have left for whatever amount they feel like is owing to them, even if you provide a receipt showing you paid. Would not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY! All they care about is money, no customer service.
