My Partner and I stayed in the Glamping tent for 2 nights in July. Very cold nights (got down to -2 degrees), but it made the experience fun as we had to cuddle up by the open fire at night. We did the Devil's Climb hike, which took us around 4 hours and was challenging, but the views we enjoyed...

We have been going to Turon Gates for 20 years and every time it takes our breath away and we are sad to leave. We stay in the river cabins that are always clean and fresh. Soren and Sonia are wonderful and welcoming and always happy to have a coffee and a chat. Not many places you can have a...

The stay at Turon Gates was awesome! The area is amazing, truly serene and remote. The horse riding experience was also fantastic, definitely recommend! We will definitely come back for more, as it truly is a paradise.

Me and my friend stayed in one of the mountain cabins - Eagles Nest. It was everything you would want in a mountain cabin, beautiful views, very warm and welcoming, peaceful and serene. Managers Sonya and Soren were so very helpful and kind. Helped us light the fireplace, as we have never lit a fire before, had a lovely chat...

Stayed here for just one night & had the whole place to ourselves, possibly because it was Mother's Day weekend. We stayed in the glamping tent which was excellent & has a fantastic bathroom - the shower is better than mine at home! Basic cooking facilities but fine for our purposes. Lovely surrounds & we saw kangaroos & wallabies. Only...

I loved the remoteness and beauty of this location, however I found it to be way to expensive for camping. $38.00 for a car, $6.00 per pet and $10.00 per trailer. For those prices I would expect a powered site, clean toilets and your firewood ready at your site. If it was $20 a night I would go back in...

We have been coming to Turon Gates for 10 years and it never fails to impress us. The well appointed mountain cabins have spectacular views, lots of wildlife and total peace. It's wonderful not to have any neighbours and just be able to wander around this property rarely seeing another soul. It's very reasonably priced and not too far to...

We went there initially because we heard it was dog friendly. It's a very beautiful place full of wildlife with a beautiful river and amazing history. We met the owners (Soren and Sonya) who were lovely and made us feel right at home. We took our little Cocker Spaniel puppy there to play and it was a great experience for...

My boyfriend and I visited for a few days recently and stayed in the Glamtent. I have personally been coming to turon for years and it is one of my favourite places in Australia. Not only is it extremely reasonably priced but the value of your stay exceeds expectations every time. We were recommended to stay in the Glamtent as...
