Room was spacious and well-presented. Our room had a large balcony over looking the gardens which was picturesque. Fine dining at the nineteen23 restaurant was delicious. Service very homey and friendly. Breakfast delightful and cooked to order. Close to walking trails. Beautiful 1920s charm. We will visit again!

Stayed over for a birthday treat in this beautifully restored 1920s heritage property with well designed and maintained gardens where you can wonder or relax with a good book. The delicious was a full buffet breakfast with home made muesli, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, tomato, bacon and toast. We stayed in the Yengo Room, which was clean, tidy, spacious with... More

Silvermere is an absolutely beautiful Spanish mission-style home, with gorgeous gardens to match. We stayed in the Chauffeur's Cottage, separate from the main house. The cottage has a spacious living area, a cosy bedroom, a large bathroom with a spa and a deck with a BBQ. Silvermere is about a 5-10 minute walk to the village of Wentworth Falls. There... More

Seems like we join the adulatory throng. First stay here and surely not the last. Spacious comfortable room inside lovely old home, quiet but not far from the village centre, or a small lake, for nice walking. Attractive grounds. We dined one night at the restaurant, and high marks. And breakfast was delicious, home made muesli, strawberry and rhubarb compote,... More

Celebrated a special birthday with my partner. Lovely surroundings, dinner was really good and service warm and friendly. Breakfast was an absolute treat. Had dined in a very expensive Sydney restaurant the night before and we both agreed food and service was better here.

We visited Silvermere for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was lovely with a huge comfy bed and separate bathroom with claw foot bath. The best past was the short walk to the dining room for a lovely dinner complete with matching wines. I would definitely love to return one day. Great value can be hard to come... More

Spent two nights recently at peaceful Silvermere. Beautifully restored historically significant house. Lovely grounds and great breakfast. Bed very comfortable. Our room had a separate bathroom just down the hall which was no bother. A range of room styles were available. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Wicked definitely stay again.

We stayed here for two midweek nights in the Chauffeur's Cottage. The little cottage was truly romantic and cosy, with its own tiny deck outside the kitchen door. Lovely spa bathroom. The cottage's bedroom is small, but as there is a huge sitting/dining room it couldn't matter less. The cottage was so pleasant we stayed in for both nifgts. We... More
