Stayed here for 1 night during the Burnie Ten road race. Found the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean but basic, with nice views out to the ocean. Very good location within walking distance to beach, shops and the Makers Workshop. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Burnie.

Booked a night on line a few weeks prior to my trip. Got a welcoming message and confirmation text a few hrs earlier prior to arrival. Upon check in I was greeted warmly with plenty of information. Ate at The Grill up the road and hit the sack early ready for a long ride the next day. All in all... More

Room hadn't been serviced when we opened our room door even though we had been asked for our arrival time via txt a few hours previously. At midnight we were awoken by loud pounding on our door and someone yelling out open up - my young daughter and I were terrified - when I wouldn't open up they then informed... More

I was greeted by a very unhelpful sour faced receptionist upon arrival and was immediately told my room did not include cleaning which I was unaware when I booked but no drama . The rooms are basic ,extremely noisy,I think I was next to an air conditioning unit that went all night, so not good. Eighties style accommodation without the... More

I had room 10 with water views, updated decor and renovated bathroom. It was very clean, bed was comfy and no issue with noise. Reception staff were quite lovely. Didn't eat at onsite restaurant. Would certainly stay here again, and I think I'd pay for the better room too as it was much better than some of the other reviews... More

We had 2 rooms, until 12am it was very noisy and hard to get some sleep. We stayed in the newer updated rooms, they where nice but not worth the prices they charge. Positives where that the room had a lovely clean feel, lots of heating options and blankets.

Location is great, but I had a really uncomfortable stay. Travelled for work and stayed two nights in the standard suite. Room was old, stuffy, dated, damp and dusty. Cleaning left much to be desired. Basically looks nothing like the photos on the website. Room did not feel safe and was very noisy. The front door of my ground floor... More

Waterfront location in Burnie with great views. Spacious room if a little dated but with all needed amenities. Great breakfast. On site parking a real plus. Friendly and obliging staff. Overall a more than reasonable place to stay.

This is a great place to stay. From the moment you are greeted at reception to the time you leave, you are treated with respect and friendliness. The Restaurant is first class. The food is good, the people are great, and the breakfast lady is a real asset to the place. She makes you feel that you should stay another... More

A comfortable stay in the heart of Burnie. Free parking and everything is within walking distance. Room was very clean - bathroom looked to have had a refurb and so was new and modern. I had asked for a down stairs room, because I am on crutches and so got an upgrade to an ocean view room, which was very... More
