The rooms are dirty. Mould in the shower and a filthy spa, the room had a hole in the wall and a broken curtain. There is no television and no WIFI, staff on the front desk are rude and questioned our payment twice with us needing to show proof although it was all done via their online booking system. Horrible...

All very good, however like always there is room for improvement I.e. The drive way into our unit (25) Was in need of sealing very unstable, in the room the ceiling does require some attention as there appears to holes into the roof space, infact we killed a large spider on a pillow

Absolutely the best location to launch you exploration of the area. Comfortable room with the wildlife close to your door, quiet and relaxing and luxurious...I wish we had stayed longer! The roads to get there are winding with beautiful vistas - take the extra time in the planning to get here so that you can truly enjoy them.

We had a relaxing and great stay, service was of a high standard and the amenities were first class. I would recommend the lodge to anyone. The rooms were quiet and serviced to a high standard, and the food excellent.

Despite the setting, was disappointed with the hotel in some aspects. The spa room was dowdy and there were a few dead insects on the carpet and bathroom wall/ceiling which weren't hoovered/dusted away before/whilst we were there. Had difficulty understanding some of the reception staff who gave us incorrect info...i.e. no bistro to eat in..this is advertised as the bistro...

I think this place is living on its reputation, as my wife and I couldn't work out why it was so expensive. Hindsight says we should have stayed at Cradle Mountain Hotel which looked every bit the high end accomodation that we were expecting at Peppers. Have stayed at other Peppers resorts and had nothing but good things to say,...

We just spent a night at Peppers Cradle Mountain. We booked for two but checked out after one. The property is outdated, rooms don't have TV and there is no WIFI at all which was annoying given that mobile devices are out of range in Cradle Mountain. For some, this may be just perfect. My wife and I love doing...

We recently stayed two nights at this hotel. It is located within walking distance to the park and has a number of small walking trails quite close. If you want to catch the bus into the park it is probably to drive back up to the information centre a kilometre or so up the road. The hotel consists of cabins...

Nice and clean cabins. Great buffet breakfast with a good variety. Tavern food was tasty and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Dove Lake walk is a must if visiting Cradle Mountain. Will be back! Thank you.
