The lodge is very conveniently located, just within the national park. Staff was very friendly, helpful and nice - all of them! Our room/cabin was spacious and clean. Large bathroom and comfy bed. Curtains might need an update.

All the cabins have air conditioners but you don't need air-con in Spring. For 2 and 3 questions, please email them directly to get the answer.

We drove from Launceston, but were advised to do so during the day because of the wildlife on the road at night. We're glad we did.

We stayed one night. We did the Mt Amos walk the first day, Wineglass Bay walk the next. I would suggest 2-3 nights max, move on and explore another pocket of Tassie for the other 1-2 nights!
