My wife and I stayed at Rosie's BB for 7 days. We booked Rosie's because of positive comments on TripAdvisor and Expedia. How wrong were we. The hotel is in a deserted place. Every day we had to drive at least 60-70km. But that is not it. The room was so hot during day and…
My husband and I stayed at Rosie's Inn for 7 nights. From the onset we were welcomed and made to feel at home. I loved the continental breakfast and more than that I loved that the food was all set out on a tray in the fridge, so we could have it at when it suited us. I get up…
The Inn has an interesting history as the establishment once was constructed in the 1940’s to accommodate employees working in the new paper mill being constructed at Boyer down river from New Norfolk. Rosie’s Inn is situated in a quiet area with an adjacent park with beautiful…
This inn has an interesting history which is told through the many photos on the wall. Room was comfortable enough but the bed needed a firmer edged mattress. The host was friendly. Gardens were delightful and the inn itself a little worn but charming.
Stayed here with my daughter. Had queen bed in one room and two singles in the other. Bed was comfy. Rooms were smallbwith not much room round the beds. The bathroom was clean but old. Overall a good place to stay but is a bit dated. Quiet area.
"The only noise I found a little disturbing, was from the room fridge, but it wasn't an issue."
"Rooms over looking garden were great"
"Ground floor rooms are better as the stairs up to the second floor rooms are difficult for luggage"
"Ground floor if you don't like stairs. 1st floor if you don't like other guests tramping around above you for half the night as happened."
"There is a selection of rooms, easily accesiable through booking."
