The rooms are spacious and clean. Includes stocked kitchen. Staff very helpful. Location walking distance from historic site. New owners took over day we left. They plan many more units, and have the experience to carry it off. Laundry room. Only significant flaw is ver weak wifi.

Thanks Holly - yest that opening day was very hectic. The biggest disappointment for us is the WIFI - this whole area is just terrible - however I have just ordered a new 4GX system and am in discussions with a NBN solution, so should be better in the future. We just expect good internet now - we will make... More

We only stayed overnight at the Villas - but it was so comfortable we could easily have stayed a couple of days. It was lovely and clean, had a comfortable bed and was very well resourced. Great proximity to Port Arthur historic site. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again and definitely recommend.

We recently stayed at Port Arthur Villas for 2 nights. The accommodation itself was quite basic, and our suite was a bit dark and could do with a freshen up, however the bed was comfortable, and the area was nice and quiet at night. The staff were also really very helpful, and it was only a short walk down the... More

Thanks for your feed back. We have just taken over this location and have large plans for expansion next year. In the meantime the first things we are doing is all those minor maintenance things that have been left by the previous owner. Its not just location - its all those little things that make your stay great. Thanks again... More

The villa we stayed in was lovely. Very quiet, clean and cosy. Excellent kitchen with all you need to prepare a meal. Free internet was supplied, two sign ins for hubby and myself which was great. The location was perfect for our next day visit to the Port Arthur site. Clearly a much loved home and business. Do remember to... More

Thanks for your feed back. Yes the challenge of supplies has been a challenge of the past 3 years after the local shop burnt down and people had to drive to Nubeena for a couple of major supermarkets. However good news, the local shop will be opening Jan 21st - larger shop with a greater choice of hot food -... More

These villas are spacious, warm, comfy, well appointed and very reasonably priced. There is more then enough of kitchen crockery, appliances and utensils. The units also have a minibar. They even have a dishwasher. There is a free BBQ area. Staff are helpful and friendly. The villas are in a great location with only a short walk to the Port... More

We stayed here for two nights in order to spend a full day at the Port Arthur historic site. Our host was very helpful and pleasant, and our room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Having said that, there can be little doubt that the cost of the room was high by comparison with other places of a similar standard. It... More

We stayed here for two nights and were not disappointed. The gate access to Port Arthur was a great bonus and we used it both days to access Port Arthur. The room was spacious for three people. Well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. The queen size bed and single bed both had electric blankets. The room had air conditioning... More

Comfortable 1 night stay this week. Thought it was fairly expensive at $220 a night for 2 people no breakfast. Having said that, had a great sleep and the villa was clean and lots of kitchen appliances if you were self catering.
