Hiking and sightseeing in Hocking Hills we spent 3 nights. Staff was fantastic! The boutique hotel has a tropical theme with palm trees and a nice relaxed feel. Room was small but very clean and nice. Bed was harder than most but ok. They only have one chair with a desk so a couple can’t sit in the room without someone on the bed. The room had soft colored LED lighting under the bathroom sink and behind the TV which was a nice affect. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, meat, and 2 days had sausage gravy, bananas, apples, oranges, pastries, juice and coffee. They are close to everything downtown. I highly recommend the Pizza Crossing. I wrote a separate review on them We stayed Thursday to Sunday and the price was different for each night. Thursday was cheapest and Saturday was highest. Overall it was a nice stay.

A darling Hotel experience. The decor is all Key West with art work painted by an artist in Key West. Rooms are very clean with porcelain tiled floors. The ambient lighting in the rooms is quite nice. There are sound machines to help relax and improve your sleeping. The pool is salt water which is nice change from chlorine. The staff is so friendly! Tammy was our hostess and showed us to our room and demonstrated how all the lights etc operated. She puts cookies and snacks out in the eve. She is so accommodating and wants you to have a truly memorable stay! The breakfast bar is under a tiki type bar. One morning we had scrambled eggs, sausage patties, fresh fruits, with different items such as muffins, bagels, English muffins, etc. There is a variety of oatmeal’s etc. The second morning there was sausage gravy and biscuits along with sausage patties and other selections as previously mentioned. The morning staff Pam and Jonathan were helpful and fun as well! Jonathan knows quite a bit of the history of the area and provides such interesting information! I particularly enjoyed the location of the hotel. It is a short walk to all the downtown shops and local restaurants. We ate at 58 West which has four operations under one roof. It is a restaurant, distillery, winery, and brewery! You must sample the spirits in the back! Excellent small batch gin and bourbon! We went to Logan to enjoy hiking at Hocking Hills. It’s only a 20 minute drive from the Hotel. They have lots of maps etc of the hiking so you an plan your trip!

Great place to stay!! Clean, modern and friendly. Loved the Caribbean colors and decor. Salt water pool was very refreshing after a day of hiking and have adult only hour from 9-10pm. We were celebrating our 45 wedding anniversary and our room door was decorated with a congratulations, our bed had towels folded like swans with leis and we had a card from the staff. Breakfast was tasty, coffee available all day.

We stayed at this hotel with another couple during our September visit to Hocking Hills. It was very pleasant upon arrival. We checked in very late after a long drive were greeted kindly, checked in quickly and on up to our rooms. Hotel was super quiet which I appreciated. Our room was very clean! It smelled clean and appeared spotless... the shower was clean, sink was clean, the towels were fresh, white and perfectly folded, offering a black cosmetic washcloth for make removal. Bed/pillows were clean and comfortable too, good temperature control slept well for our stay. We were up and out in the mornings, nice hot breakfast offering & good coffee everyday before we headed out. After hiking the parks and our adventures we went right back to enjoy the hotel pool. A nice relaxing spot for days end. The hotel wasn't busy until the weekend so it was like our own private respite; the Management & staff made us feel welcome and right at home giving us tips about places to eat and things to see. They even made concierge calls for us so graciously! We didn't have any pets, kids or have ANY cleanliness issues. I saw staff wiping, sweeping and cleaning the whole time we were there. The rooms have laminate floors vs. carpet so you are not walking on anyone else uck. We always had fresh towels upon request and/or anything we needed so absolutely NO complaints. We appreciated and are grateful to Katy & the wonderful staff that helped make our mini vaca and stay at Worthington of Logan so enjoyable!

What an unexpected gem. My partner and I had an unexpected weekend with no work or other plans, so we decided to head to Hocking Hills to see the leaves and maybe do a little hiking. Upon arrival, was surprised to find that this historic looking building was actually brand new, having been built recently and opening in February.
The check-in service was professional, courteous, attentive, and they even walked us on a small tour of the property and walked us to our room and gave us an overview of amenities and features.
The courtyard may be a little too pastel colored for my preference, but it was clearly very clean and well-maintained. It was also nicely appointed.
It is an easy walk a block down to the historic Village where we did a nice walk, and had a nice meal.
The pool was a comfortable temperature, and very clean. I believe it is a saltwater pool so a little more pleasant than chlorine.
Unfortunately we had car trouble, on a Saturday night in a small town 50 miles from the nearest city. Decided to deal with it the next morning, as there wasn’t really much we could do Saturday night.
Got up the next morning, and they were serving a lovely free breakfast in the courtyard area that included French toast sticks, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, and various breads and some pastry. All of it was very good, and frequently tended to keep everything nice and fresh.
Sue Ellen, who was working the front desk, checked on the guests who were having breakfast to see if everything was OK. She asked how we were doing and I mentioned our predicament. She was very empathetic, and kind.
I called and arranged a rather expensive tow for my car into Columbus, 55 miles away. Then I was trying to figure out how I would get myself and my partner and our dogs into Columbus or at least get a ride there to pick up a rental car and come back and collect everybody else. There wasn’t any Uber or lift service available in this small town, and finding somebody from the city to drive that distance to pick us up and take us into the city was turning out to be next to impossible.
Next thing you know, sue Ellen stops back out at our table and tells me that her husband is off that day and more than willing to run me into the city to pick up a rental car. This is the very definition of small town hospitality.
I took this most kind and generous offer and headed for the city to pick up a rental car and came back and checked out. That process went very smoothly as well.
All in all, even without the extra ordinary assist, I will definitely be coming back to this beautiful property and enjoying the hospitality of it’s excellent and professional staff.

Loved our stay at Worthington of Logan. By the time we knew we needed lodging, we were two weeks out from our trip and only needed one night (over Halloween weekend). This was only one of three places we found available that was within our budget. We chose the Worthington based on reviews and location. And so glad we did. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but inside, it is the cutest! We forgot our swimsuits, so we didn’t use the saltwater pool, but it looked very well kept. In fact, everything was. The rooms were inviting and CLEAN, and the check-in process was smooth and employees were friendly. Also, we were able to walk to dinner. Not a ton of choices in downtown Logan, as it looks like many places have closed, but still enough to have a few choices nearby. I would stay here again and again.

This hotel is ok. But if you plan to bring a dog, Beware of the terms and conditions that you have to agree to. We felt like we were hostage in our own room because you couldn't leave the dog alone for 5 minutes. This information was not transparent at all on the website and had we known, we would have gone someplace else but they wouldn't give us our money back.

Jill, Thank you for taking the time to review us. All hotels have policies for bringing your pets. The policies at Worthington of Logan and other hotels are put in place to protect guests, pets, staff and the property. These policies are very relaxed but standard throughout the country. When booking through a 3rd party, that party, will tell you to contact the hotel for the full policy before booking. The majority of our pet policy and agreement states but not limited to the Dog cannot be disruptive, must be well behaved, cannot be left on the property by themselves, must follow local laws, the guest is held liable for their pet, damages and actions. We are sorry to hear that this policy was unacceptable for you but again this policy is to protect other guests, pets, staff and the property from harm and damages. Thank you for your feed back!

We stayed one night at the Worthington of Logan while exploring the nearby Hocking Hills State Park. I was so happy for our decision to stay in the cute downtown Logan. The hotel is unassuming from the outside but cheerful and tropical on the inside. All of the employees are very friendly and prompt to help with whatever you need 24/7.
We stayed in room 109 which was on the first floor and just a few feet from the pool. I was worried about potential noise, but even with a completely full hotel, it was absolutely silent after 10 at night when the pool shuts down and we had no issues at all. They do provide a sound machine and ear plugs if you do need those. The room was fairly small, yet adequate with a King bed, walk-in shower, and desk/desk chair. I liked that it had a mini fridge too.
The pool is saltwater and is adult-only from 9-10 which was nice. We sat out with our feet in the pool for a couple hours at night. There's also several types of seating in the atrium you can relax in. Just across the street is a moonshine distillery where we did a tasting. Downtown Logan is also very cute and nice to walk around. We had dinner at the Pizza Crossing and that was a great experience as well.
The Worthington is a very unique boutique hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: cleanest hotel I've ever experienced. Quaint, upbeat, colorful. Good, hot breakfast with a reasonable # of choices. Staff was pleasant. Everything that u need is already in rooms. including full cable TV. Nice little pool inside with a waterfall. I like that this inn is eco friendly. Close walking to local bars/restaurants. Plus, many of the local establishments nearby give a discount when u show your hotel key card at purchase. My wife got a $10% discount at the frozen yogurt stand.
Cons: I'm really just nitpicking here....rooms are a bit small, but adequate (just a small room w/bed and shower area.) I kinda wish they had a couple of reclining beach chairs by pool.
