A great stay. Before checking in using the Hilton App, I called to see if I could get a Diamond upgrade. Talked with Felicia who was wonderful and very helpful. She looked at what was available and upgraded us to a suite on the 4th floor. She was a pleasure to work with and went out of her way to ensure we were happy. The suite was very large and very clean. It was nice having a separate bedroom from the living area. We were welcomed as Diamond members and give a snack and water. We enjoyed the breakfast but there was not more hot items. We will be staying here again on our next trip.

We were in town to visit friends and family, nieces graduation party. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Room was very clean, and when we requested towels or other things we needed they were brought promptly. Breakfasts were hot, drinks were cold. Breakfast staff was also very friendly as were maintenance and cleaning personnel. Swimming pool and exercise rooms were open where at other hotels they were not. Front desk staff was also very polite and helpful. Mike assistant manager was helpful in picking a room that would be most comfortable for staying the week. We will definitely be staying here again our next trip back home.

Just a god-awful motel! No lamp on desk and can’t get one because they don’t have any spares! Night stand on one side of bed, but not on other side. Rooms are dingy & dark. Definitely do NOT recommend this place!! Bathroom is mediocre.

Last year I stayed for a week at this hotel and was underwhelmed. My major objection to the hotel was that it was not clean. Last year there was trash from hotel guests in the halls and there was no cleaning service. This year was much better, and my stay was great. First, I used the hotel shuttle, and it was very convenient. The shuttle driver was quick and efficient and right next to baggage pick up. Drop off at Hopkins was also easy. The front desk could not have been more helpful. Best of all, the hotel was very clean this year. Hotel cleaners refreshed my room several times during my week stay. We had a large group staying there, and we rented the hospitality room. The manager was also ok with us using the lobby and breakfast room, which was pleasant for our group. This time I rented a room with a king bed. I was satisfied with the size of that room as there was a desk with a chair and also a small couch. I had thought the double room didn't have enough space for 2 people to sit comfortably. The breakfast was ok. Nothing really to write home about, but fairly typical for Hampton. I liked the big fluffy pillows on the bed and slept well.…

More than half a group of artists attending a retreat stayed here and had a great time. We had the use of the Hospitality Suite to unwind and meet with each other from States across the US and Canada. The staff were great to all of us. Breakfast was good before we went off to create our beautiful art. Coming back net year

WARNING!! I stayed here on August 4th. When I woke up in the morning my entire torso was covered with BEDBUG BITES!!! Be careful! To make matters worse I left a message for the manager to call me, have never received a call back.

My flight was canceled. Felicia and the whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I got the shuttle and was comfortable. And they did it for 25 others at the same time.they were terrific. Hotel was clean and comfortable. My room was quiet.

Great stay - so good we came back 2 days later on the ride home! The front desk staff was amazing and the breakfast was very good including eggs sausage and waffles. The room was a large suite with space to sleep my family of 6!
