First of all, they do not offer shuttle service they have business cards of people to call. second there was no comforter or blanket on the bed and it’s winter? since when do you have to ask for a blanket to sleep with at night? They told me blankets are on request basis only.
I have stayed here for years when visiting. This time here I was so disappointed. Some was our fault we got in before our reservation time they gave us a room they thought was clean. It was to look at. Then throw back the covers. Not so much. I mentioned it to front desk they told housekeeping. Housekeeping gave us a set of sheets and took off the sheets on the good bed and left the hairy sheets. Pictures to follow
Jetblue cancelled our flight home and booked us a night in this hotel. We managed to get Jetblue to pay for our transfer here as they do not have a free shuttle. When we checked in we just accepted the room. It wasn't very clean and incredibly worn. We were only there to sleep before heading back to the airport at 4am. We did book their shuttle back, it would be 20$ which was the same as an UBER. We settled in for the night and then horrifically discovered a bed bug in our bed. Front Desk clerk was horrified and immediately acknowledged that was indeed a bed bug. At 9:30 PM we left and went to stay at the Hampton Inn which we had to pay for which was incredibly clean. DO NOT STAY HERE.
dorel radoiu 1/5 Paid in full when booked with parksleepfly.com for 2 nights stay and 1week parking having the airport shuttle included per description. When arrived at hotel nightmare started Called 2 days prior arrival to confirm I’ll have a shuttle at 4am When got at the location I was handed a voucher to call a shuttle company which told me they can come to pick me up before ,,about’’ 4:45 After I hit to the room I open up my online banking to make a payment for an outstanding bill And noticed a charge from the hotel for another 144$ even my stay was paid in full they told me they need my credit card for incidentals which I understood not from that to charging me on the spot for incidentals when I just checked in … it’s a long way I decided I cannot risk just getting a cab in the morning so I left together with my car at 3 am and used parknfly service Nightmare continued 2 days after I noticed 2 more charges in my credit card account from comfort inn one of 122.43 and one of 122.73 Called the hotel and tried to sort it out I was told all the charges are reversed Partially true because the charge of 122.73 is still in my account and I am still good to pay it. So Beware poor service dirty room and credit card scam ! If this is the way this business is surviving all I can say is Shame on you! Trip typeVacation Rooms1.0Service1.0Location2.0…
First trim we got sent to was still dirty, a paging was on the table and the air conditioning unit was pulled out of the wall. So we tried to get another room and get put in a room where the thermostat was set at 55 degrees and couldn’t be changed. One door in our room lead to the staircase, and the other door was a conjoining room that wouldn’t lock. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.
We stopped in here for a night on our way to Maine . The guy at the front desk seem nice. But I apparently he thought it was a joke to send my wife on a wild goose chase throughout the hotel looking for an ice machine which he said was working he sent her to the third-floor and it was not working. The room we were in was very dirty. It smelled like smoke even though it is not a smoking hotel. The room had safety hazards the plugs were broken paint was peeling off the ceiling and the room was very dirty There was open electrical plugs on the floor or close to the floor if I would’ve had my four-year-old granddaughter I guarantee she would’ve had her finger in that hole. We have two adults and one towel I think this place needs to be closed and completely remodeled
The room was decent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our only issue was the seemingly endless stream of people entering and leaving without masks, contrary to signs on the hotel doors, and not being stopped by staff members watching them the entire time. I know masks are uncomfortable, but during this time, just wear them, or let your staff enforce the rule, a state ordinance.
No internet available in past 3 weeks I’ve stayed here on business. I’m also a diamond member that was NOT offered bonus points or welcome snack. And highest level members like myself get put on top floor in corner of the building. While some ghetto locals check in and get 1st floor close to the entrance. In 3 weeks of being here, they’re was never more than 4 vehicles in the parking lot which means plenty of space & vacancy. But the worst of the worst. No Internet. WiFi does not connect. iPhone-iPad-computer-Xbox. Nothing connects. Very outdated. & you’re electronics will tell you.
This hotel is convenient to the airport and numerous restaurants in the area. We were warmly greeted and efficiently checked in on arrival. From there things started to go wrong, often due to COVID restrictions. On check in we were advised that wifi was down and the supplier was slow in repairing because of covid related delays. The front lobby is attractive, but the indoor corridors are kind of industrial-looking and dated. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was quiet and we slept well. However, the tub was stained, and the toilet did not flush--we feel sorry for the maid who found it after we checked out. The usual hot breakfast was not available due to covid, but it was still unusually sparse: just a few pre-wrapped pastries, instant oat meal, and coffee. No juice in sight. The place needs some upgrading and maintenance, but the price was right.…
This hotel was amazing! After a bad experience with another hotel they let us check in early. Very friendly staff who was very helpful. Even though close to the highway it was very quiet. Clean rooms. Definitely would stay again
