We chose this hotel based on the proximity to the airport as we had an early flight the following morning. We were greeted by a wonderful young woman who provided friendly and efficient service. The room we were assigned was near an elevator however we didn't really notice any mechanical noise from it like other hotels. The room was in great condition and was very clean. We enjoyed the size of the washer and dryer in the guest laundry as we were able to finish our laundry in half the time other hotels with smaller units would've taken. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the breakfast as we checked out at 0400. I would certainly consider staying at this property again.

Very clean and modern decor of lobby, hallways, and hotel room was outstandingly beautiful. Bathroom and shower was spacious. Room Darlene were great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Terrific hotel!

Our second time staying at this Hampton. The rooms and hallways were clean and quiet. Check in and out were a quick and efficient. The breakfast was decent with a variety to eat and drink. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, We did ask for additional towels and soap from the service person in the hallway which they gave us. It was a very nice and comfortable experience.

The hotel staff is very nice, but the room was not as clean as it could have been. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport. However on the day I left the driver never showed up for the 5am shuttle, the lobby was filled with people who have to scramble to make their flights. The front desk person was less than polite when dealing with the situation.

Decided to spend the night last minute after driving 1.5 hours to north Olmsted to buy a car. This was the only well rated hotel pet friendly nearby. Plus we normally stay at Hilton properties anyways. First off $164 AAA rate seemed high. Second shortly after getting into the room we notice sweaty yellowed pillows and streaks of something running down the wall beside the bed. We went to front desk and told them. Maintenance comes checks it out and says it's verified you guys didn't make the mess and cleaning should have done a better job. NO one offered to move our room, made us sleep in the dirty room. Did not offer compensation. We check out the next morning and complain about the problem and the fact no one offered a compensation or change of room and there were more rooms. The front desk on duty said "there was nothing they could do and the manager wouldn't be in for 2 days" No manager for days is only part of the problem!!…

We came into town before a trip. 4 adults 4 kids in two rooms. We were greeted with a smile and our diamond member welcome packs. Rooms were right next door and were clean and stocked with toiletries. Beds were comfortable and bedding was clean. The pool was closed so I can't comment on that. We booked at shuttle for the next morning to take us to the airport. We were on the 6am shuttle- the breakfast opened a couple minutes early for us so we could grab the kids a little something to hold them over- SO NICE OF THEM!!!!!

This hotel is fairly new and we weer looking forward to staying here. It is a beautiful hotel...clean, nicely furnished (although I really don't like all the new ultra modern hotels but that's just me) and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Staff was polite and friendly. Check-in and out was easy. The reason I only gave three stars is because we got a room with two queen beds. I questioned the staff the next day to see if we got the right room. Those beds were not queen size. The staff says they were but we have a queen bed at home and my husband and I have plenty of room. We had to sleep in separate beds the second night because the bed was just too small. I would compare it to a double bed. It was definitely not a queen size bed. When we arrived in our room later that night we discovered we did not have any tissues and only one bar of soap.. We had to call the front desk three times before someone finally brought up these items. The complimentary breakfast the following morning was a typical hotel breakfast. We went out for breakfast. I don't understand how anyone can eat the food these hotels provide. It is all pre-packaged and heated up, tastes like rubber and, most likely, is not very good for you. We'll pass every time. I wonder how much food is thrown away and money wasted on food people take and don't eat.…

This used to be an outstanding Hampton Inn. Unfortunately, like many Hampton Inns, the price has increased and service and cleanliness have decreased since Covid. We are Diamond members but Hampton Inns are no longer a reliable, clean place to stay. So disappointing.

Great property! Sparkling clean, quiet, updated. We would definitely stay again. Friendly desk staff. This is a location that is very convenient to the airport and there appeared to be lots of shopping and dining options nearby. Highly recommended!
