An ok place to stay. A little older and run down. Staff on check in was friendly. The room was sort of clean, no soap or tissue in the room. Workout room was one or two machines, with no window to outside. Breakfast area was fine, and the breakfast was pretty good as far as choices, given the restrictions that we now seem to have everywhere. I would say it is a good affordable option. But did not blow me away in any sense.
Perfectly decent experience. A little out of date but clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were firm, sheets were clean. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast area when we came in was left a little dirty but cleaned before the morning.
The room was clean and plenty of room for 5 people to stay. The bathroom was spacious. The decor is a bit dated. Everything was clean and the front desk was extremely friendly. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options while it was very busy, the staff kept it clean. Close to Cedar Point.
Great location, close to Cedar Point and Sports Force, right off highway. Staff, particularly Cheyenne (I hope this spelling is correct, she wasn’t wearing a name tag) was friendly and chatty. I was disappointed with the room(s), the first had mold on the curtains and the second on the a/c unit. Cheyenne actually had to come up and clean the mold as the housekeeping staff was a little overwhelmed apparently. Other families in our group also had issues, one found chewed gum on their headboard, noticing after 11 pm when they arrived and another had a toilet that ran constantly. The breakfast was fantastic, was surprised of the selection and the quality of everything that was provided. Despite the great staff and breakfast options, I would not stay there again.
Stayed for a baseball tourney and Cedar Point, close to both, within 10 min. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean, the pull out couch was awful, ended up at Target to get an air mattress, but there was room for it. Beds were hard but queen size. Shower was good, Didn't like that the housekeeping staff did not put the bags in the trash cans, just laid them on the side of the can, never seen that before, just open them up please and insert like you should. So weird. Internet was terrible, couldn't get the netflix to work on the tv, even with our personal account. The rest of our team stayed at the Comfort Inn down the street, and complained about mold, ants and no breakfast so ours was nicer, just expected more for the price.
I normally stay at Breakers, but it was sold out. I searched for any Marriott in the area and this is the only one. I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean and safe. It’s on the main road and close to whatever you need. The ladies at the front desk (3pm and 11:30pm) were warm and welcoming. I have had some horror stories about hotels in Sandusky and Port Clinton so it’s good to know this property is a go!
Spend the weekend at Cedar Point and had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn. I was a little concerned about noise because of the large number of children at the property but it was not an issue. Cheyenne was a great help throughout our stay.
This hotel is extremely clean. I mean the rooms were pristine. Also the people that work here are so friendly and organized. The number of teen girls for a volleyball tournament vs hotel staff with Covid rules. This hotel knocked it out of the park. We really enjoyed our stay.
I have stayed here for more than one month for my work and the entire management is too friendly and helpful ! Top class service from Gaby the manager and Mike at the front desk! Will definitely recommend!
We stayed here for one night as part of our trip to kalahair, it’s very close and convenient. The hotel is clean, and staffs efficient. The grab and go breakfast was very nice after a good night sleep. Amy at the breakfast counter was attentive and friendly. The front desk manager made me a nice express to go after I checked out. Overall, a very pleasant stay for our family.
