My boyfriend drove here to spend a day at Cedar Point. We booked a room on the Internet for a king Jacuzzi suite; and when we arrived at the hotel, we were forced into a standard room because the website "overbooked" the amount of people staying at the hotel. That was our first issue, the next was cleanliness; we found...

Crowded breakfast area, but is near a large amusement park and everyone wants out at the same time. Next to highway with some road noise on side with odd numbered rooms. Early checkin allowed and upgraded to hot tub room. Clerk was very friendly, said she keeps the kids on one side of the hotel, adults on the other end,...

Our family of four (2 adult children, husband and self) traveled to Mich to visit family. We decided to stop in Sandusky for a trip to Cedar Point. Great location. The hotel was very clean, the beds very comfortable in all white linens, and the bathroom was spotless. Staff was courteous and helpful. Morning breakfast was ample, but limited for...

Brought the children to go to the park and it was perfect. The reviews for the other hotels were horrible. Fairfield was updated, very clean, friendly. Just wish they had bigger, thicker bath towels.

We were in one of the 2 double bed suites, which had a separate sitting are with a full-size couch and flat-screen TV. There was a 2nd TV in the bedroom area. It was a great set-up with lots of room for our family of 4 and nice decor. Our daughters loved the pool. The staff was very friendly. My...

We stayed here on a recent trip to Cedar Point. Myself and my teenage son. The hotel was nice and only about 5.5 miles from Cedar point...about a 15 minute drive for us. It has free Wi-Fi and a free continental breakfast. Be warned the breakfast is a joke. The food was limited and the breakfast area is way too...

While otherwise up to Fairfield Inn's usual good standards, the complimentary breakfast area is way too small for the number of guest rooms so good luck getting a seat. Worse yet, it wasn't properly stocked for the number of rooms booked. Got so bad the manager had to send a staff member out to a nearby Speedway gas station to...

Stayed here last summer, based on TripAdvisor reviews this sounded like the best bet in terms of cleanliness. Even better the second time around - rooms were completely renovated and everything was very clean. Tub wasn't draining, husband called front desk, it was taken care of in less than an hour while we were at the pool. Friendly staff too!

I had high hopes for this inn because it was rated no.1 on trip advisor. I booked through priceline at $169/night. There were cheaper alternatives, but cleanliness is my priority when travelling (reading bed bug reports can make a person paranoid). Great room--updated and clean. Bathrooms could be updated to match, but everything worked and the cleaning staff kept it...

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn overnight while visiting Cedar Point. The Inn was very clean, had a nice pool and friendly staff. Checking in and out was smooth and the room was nicely decorated and quiet. It's about a 10 minute drive to the park and is located in an area with plenty of restaurants, etc. Overall, not a...
