A lot could go wrong. We only stayed one night, but here is the synopsis.
A. Lock didn't work initially and had to be reprogrammed.
B. Bathroom door did not close. Not cool with a single mom with 2 boys.

Horrible horrible hotel with a super rude manager. Super filthy didn't even want to check into it so when I tried to cancel the reservation with him he threw a fit and kicked us out. Would not recommend but I do think it should be...More
Nasty hotel... Everything outdated including television. Room has a mildew smell by the bathroom. Does not have a refrigerator in the room and if you want one there is additional fee. No microwave in there. They do not Change the sheets. Carpet nasty and dirty.
Clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants. Staff was very helpful,, coffee in the room and TV had several cable channels....It's not the Ritz, but you are not paying for that either....We would come back....

We have stayed at Roadway in north in Sandusky many many times and kept going back. For instance this summer alone we stayed at least six nights there.
We reserved a room for Friday and Saturday night but then called the front desk to see if we could just pay to stay another day and they said sure. A couple hours later there is some mad mad mad pounding on our hotel door which scared the living crap out of myself and wife. Guess what? It was the manager or owner.
He came pounding on her door because we hadn't made a payment for the next day yet The owner/manager already knew we had just paid the two previous days and after we were going to get dressed we were going to stop by the office to pay as any other normal customer for the 3rd day. There is no reason whatsoever to think we were not going to pay because we just did pay the previous two nights and we have stayed at that hotel several times over the summer.
The owner/manager unbelievably screamed at us and calling us stupid and to be honest I have no idea whatsoever why. My wife and I have stayed at this motel many many many many times and the action of this individual was nuts. Are you sure you want to have franchisees that act that that because I'm being dead serious it's really really really messed up of what he did by pounding on the door and then he called the cops and he'll have to come to her door as we were packing to leave. We did not party, we did not drink, we do not do drugs, in a very quiet people. My wife and I were just completely blown away by the owner/manager's communication methods in after we we agreed to leave because we absolutely did not want to conduct business with them anymore.
This is a really weird mixed up I don't know I just never ever have seen something like this in my life is extremely confusing. Hey you never had a manager owner come up to your hotel door and beat the living crap out of it? Just completely nuts. I'm a pretty laid-back person and I don't usually take the time to write negative posts about anyone as I own a business and that effects their sales.
I just simply cannot believe that happened. It makes no sense whatsoever.
